“Comfort and quiet home from home”

Amazing location - Valladolid centre is small but it was so close to everything. Quiet and peaceful. Felt like staying at home - the family are lovely and welcoming and it’s such a nice place to stay and see a little bit of local Mexican life. Clean, comfortable room with good AC and shower. Filtered water always available and small breakfast (fruit and breads) provided although breakfast not technically included.

Everything. Lovely family hotel, so friendly and informative. Central location, in the heart of everything. Room was comfortable, AC worked great. Shared kitchen which was good, free coffee ☕️ which was a godsend. It's a 10 out of 10 for me, I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Valladolid! I stayed for 2 nights and would have happily stayed longer. The Family who own this place and the staff are very welcoming and are helpful with local sightseeing and food suggestions. The room had everything I needed and the outside patio was lovely. If I get a chance to return to Valladolid I would stay here again.

The staff was super lovely and helpful. The room had all necessary amenities and the pool is nice to chill in the heat of Valladolid. Super recommend!

“Kitchen was a great bonus!”

This place is very central to everything but also very quiet at night. Jose and his family and staff are very welcoming. Big bonus was a well equipped kitchen. We have been travelling for 3 weeks and it was good to be able to have some home cooked meals. There’s a supermarket a few blocks away.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good shower. Nice relaxing area with small pool. Kitchen area with loads of fruit, teas and coffees to help yourself. Very quiet and great location, 5 minutes walk from bus station and main square

Clean large room for 1 guest (two double beds!) and comfortable set up and beds. Quiet and night, I slept very well. The staff was very welcoming and happy to advise re colectivos and places to visit. In the common area there was a water dispenser and small kitchen to make tea/coffee. Swimming pool, outside sitting area. Great location. I really enjoyed my 2 nights stay at Casona del Negro Aguilar

The family that run this place are super kind, welcoming, and helpful. The room and facilities were very clean. Coffee, tea, and water were available all the time. They had suggestions of places to eat, things to do, and good info on logistics for activities out of town. Top notch location too!

We liked the generous, responsive, and friendly staff/owner, the tranquility despite being in the city center, the nice kitchen and the food offered, and the pool.

Very family-friendly, you are welcomed nicely and with treats, some of them speak English, which is really good! The place is very clean and tidy. We enjoyed it and highly recommend it.
