“Would stay there again”

Everything! Location was ideal, next to the central square. Our room was very clean and well-maintained. Facilities were good, the garden and common areas were beautiful and well-maintained. The personnel was exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, kind and polite.

As people have said breakfast was great as it gave us some fruit and some either scramble egg type or pancake option plus some sort of juice drink and coffee, always attentive if we needed more Beds were sooo comfortable and glad the sheets material was cotton. We stayed on the family room C and it was spacious . Staff that worked as part of the hotel was friendly and welcoming although must of them didn't have name tags so sadly I can't mention them by name but let's say that the 2 girls and man during the day shift were lovely. Please to all the guests for the future try to leave them a tip at the end (as mexican costume) cause in here they all deserve them ;) Also this hotel doesn't really have a pool it's more like 2 "jacuzzi" size but enough to cool kids down. Great location and has parking lot on the side so ask for instructions to the hotel for how to use in case you need it as we forgot and it's combine with a parking facility next door. We had the breakfast and dinner option, didn't know what to expect for dinner as reviews were not that great, my own experience after 4 nights?: you could use 2 nights for sure menu variety is a mix of culinary types from a set menu : an entree & a main with some options for drinks I personally could advise them to just keep it mexican style in general. Dinner set menu could recommend the pasta for little picky eaters and for adults I can recommend the mexican variety they offer it had nice flavours/seasoning just watch out for portions cause they may vary some days we're enough and some other days size portion was like an entree not a main sadly none of them come with any side dishes as part of the main, not even rice !!!

“Beautiful little secret gem”

Wow! What a way to end our travel honeymoon! We returned to Valledolid during our trip, as we found this small city so beautiful and full of little secrets. As a treat, we got a room at this remarkable hotel. From the first moment you walk into this hotel you are transformed into a Barcelona- esque space. The colours are phenomenal, the tiny pool and garden area are inviting. Upstairs there is a room terrace with another jacuzzi pool, and areas to sit and basque in the city sun or shade. Our room was stunning. There was only one room left and we snapped at the opportunity to stay our last three nights in the honeymoon suite. It was huge, with a deep jacuzzi bath and separate shower room. The bed itself was so comfortable and it was the first place we were able to make coffee in our own room! This is definitely something that a lot of hotels in Mexico haven’t cottoned onto! Europeans need for morning coffee! The staff were all fantastic & clearly happy with where they work, it was so nice hear them enjoying themselves. Honestly treat yourself and stay here!

Everybody is very polite and Nice. Breakfast was really good. Location deserves also a highlight. On the city center you can go everywhere walking.

This hotel was such an amazing experience - originally furniture and architecture made the spot feel so homely and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and we loved the dinner included also. The main plaza is a 2 minute walk away so the location was perfect. Strongly recommend this for anyone visiting Valladolid

All the staff were really kind and breakfast was delicious. Parking is just next to the hotel and very convenient.

The location is very central. The staff were exceptionally helpful. We would especially like to thank Jesus — he was very welcoming and took great care of us. He recommended wonderful, uncrowded cenotes and helped us arrange a driver.We also really loved the hotel’s Mexican design, which created a warm and authentic atmosphere.Both breakfast and dinner were excellent.Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Tía Micha. The staff was incredibly attentive, especially Tere, who made us feel truly welcome. The property is beautifully maintained and captures the essence of staying with a Mexican host. Our room was spacious, sparkling clean, and very quiet. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious and more than enough to keep us satisfied. The location is perfect: the Main Plaza is just around the corner, and iconic spots like Calzada de los Frailes are within easy walking distance. If you are planning to visit the charming town of Valladolid, I highly recommend staying here!
