Wonderful architecture and atmosphere, very quiet, although right at the city center. Staff was very nice, even offered us an umbrella for the rain.

It’s a lovely place, right next to the main square. The pool area is intimate but very nice. Breakfast its ok.

“Disappointing”

I think that the hotel misrepresented itself and I question all of the good reviews. Without a doubt, the worst hotel after traveling all over the Yucatán for almost a month. They don’t have their own parking, you have to drive for blocks to park it at Burger King, where the nasty guy there told us we couldn’t park there without a special parking ticket from the hotel, even though I showed him the receipt from the hotel. Had to go back to the hotel and then back to the nasty parking attendant again. We had the superior king suite which was big, but not very charming. The bathroom floor was filthy with dirty footprints and hair plus a muddy shoe mark in the bathtub/jacuzzi. At that point I didn’t say anything. I could go on listing the atrocities, but I don’t have enough space. Noisy, 4 useless balconies, a postage stamp of a garden and pool ….

A cosy, clean hotel. Very friendly English-speaking staff. The hotel is very well located, right in the centre of town. Guests are provided with parking, which requires a special card issued at reception. Breakfasts are good and served at the specified time. There is a choice of different types of scrambled eggs with toast, fruit, juice and coffee.

I had a great stay here. The location is fantastic, so close to everything. Yet still quiet, I had a room at the back near the pool. Breakfast simple but very good. Joel on reception was extremely helpful and good to talk to.

The hotel was very close to the main square and shops and restaurants. We had a suite, which consisted of a King size bed and a separate sitting room. There was a delicious breakfast included in a tropical court yard setting and there was a pool and lounge chairs for relaxing in the back. We enjoyed our stay immensely and the staff was cordial, helpful and professional. Free WI-FI was included. We stayed for six days and were always able to find street parking in the vicinity of the hotel. The only thing I would mention as a pro tip. The hotel is in a city setting so if you are sensitive to such noise bring a good set of ear plugs and run the air-conditioning for the cool but also for the white noise. We slept like a baby!

“Lovely boutique hotel walkable to all attractions”

Great central location with lots of free street parking nearby. Room was a lovely size with a safe and toiletries and the plunge pool was a plus too. Breakfast was ordered the night before and was freshly prepared at your requested time. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable telling us about the light shows at the cathedral and monastery and suggesting restaurants to go to. Not their fault but we didn’t like El Maison del Marques(soggy tortillas), but preferred La Kaat and Yerba Buena del Sisal. Also enjoyed Xkopek bee park nearby

The location was great and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bathroom spacious. Parking could be easily found in the streets near the hotel. Breakfast was huge with some interesting options (you had to order the night before and give the time you wished to eat). They provided a great packed breakfast for the morning we visited Chechen Itza. Gardens pretty and there was a lovely small pool. The fridge in the room was great.

Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, even nicer than photos. Very near the main square. Set in gorgeous gardens. Very good service and a delicious breakfast.

“Excellent hotel right in centre of town.”

Location is perfect right near the main square. The staff are wonderful, so helpful, friendly and speak good English. Staff cleaned the room every day to a high standard. Breakfast was really delicious offering cereal pancakes, toast and eggs. the room was clean, spacious and had all the facilities you need - note doesn’t have tea or coffee maker but for us that was fine. The swimming pool was really good! The room has a safe deposit box.

Friendly staff and available breakfast at a convince price. Please consider this is a strong plus, not all resorts have breakfast available at the structure. Swimming pools and plants around were cozy, giving a relaxing atmosphere. I would come back for sure.

Great location within easy walking distance of the central plaza and restaurants. It's possible to park for free in the street outside though that was usually full by late afternoon and once we parked a couple of blocks away. Near to laundries. A nice garden with sun loungers and a small basic swimming pool. Breakfast was extra so we went to a nearby cafe instead (Carolin)
