“Peaceful yet exciting - great value”

Incredible stay, wish we were there longer than 2 nights! We had a private hut in the back of the garden. Very clean, very spacious. The room came with a big mosquito net, kitchen with fridge/cooker and a hammock/dining area. The best part is that you're away from the street noise and loved the sound of birds in the morning. The location was excellent, your 10mins walk from the main town area, next door to St Bernardino (they host Mexican history light shows most nights). The staff were terrific, and organised a taxi for the day for us to explore Chichen Itza and Ek Balam (not expensive either!). Felt like a tropical island paradise stay. Valladolid in general is lovely, having visited Merida right before. Valladolid is green, lots of great restaurants (we ate at Sikil which was excellent) - biggest discovery was El Patio for brunch (only 5mins walk away). Very welcoming town, very safe.

Large apartment with full self-catering facilities and a lovely pool area to relax.

We stayed in the 'Maya casita'. Enjoyed seeing many birds in the garden. Breakfast delicious in the morning. Right across the street from the Convento de San Bernardino in Valladolid. Definitely recommend. We arrived by Tren Maya from Merida and left by Tren Maya to Cancun. Very comfortable, worked well.

“Gorgeous oasis in the heart of Valladolid”

Gorgeous little oasis right in the centre of Valladolid close to lots of restaurants, shops and so much art! We booked a taxi tour to Chichen Itza, Ek Balam and the cenotes which was super convenient and great value

The setting of the whole place, the inner courtyard and the pool, surrounded by all those beautiful trees is very tasteful. Quiet and classy. The breakfast was rather basic (fruit bowl, cereal, yogurt, croissant, jam, butter, juice and coffee), but obviously one doesn’t go to Valladolid to waste time on breakfast :) The location was great, just on the side of the historical building of the Convent of San Bernardino. From the plaza in front of the convent, begins Calzada de Los Frailes, the nicest street in town.

A beautifully presented property in a quiet location and still close enough to the centre of the town.

Our shower never got warmer than less cold. Despite this minor annoyance, it's still a great location, decent breakfast, and a good value.

Very nice relaxed garden. Very good breakfast. A small ut nice pool. There are only a few customers staying so you have the garden and pool for yourself.
