“Special experience!”

Inside the high walls is a spacious, colourful garden and brightly coloured (boho-kitsch but really defies description) colonial rooms that lift the spirits. Alan is super helpful and provides a lovely breakfast, which we enjoyed outside our room under the long portico. We were able to park our car securely off the street but it was a very safe area to walk around. Only a couple of blocks from the Convento de San Bernardino light show!

Alan and his family were excellent and attentive hosts. Secure parking was a bonus, the property has a nice garden and the breakfasts were great.

The hotel is well located and very clean. It has onsite parking and the gardens are beautiful.

Breakfast was good as was location and staff! We had a nice stay here. Alan gave us good suggestions for where to go, what to see and where to eat - in particular he recommended a really nice local restaurant called Conito (or something like that - ask Alan!). Lovely garden too!

We loved the garden, it was perfect to sit on the terrace and listen to the birds in the morning. Whilst it was an open terrace we were given our own designated space outside our room including table and chairs. The room was very well decorated and furnished and the staff were constantly asking if we needed anything. The fresh coffee in our room was topped up regularly and the room cleaned whenever we asked. It was a good location, 10 minutes walk from the town centre.

The garden was beautiful and included plenty of space to sit and enjoy the surroundings. Our room included a large fridge as well as some basic cutlery, plates and cups. I would suggest buying some food and enjoying breakfast in the garden. There was also a water dispenser with drinking water which the staff topped up when needed. We really enjoyed the kitsch decor of the room.

We were we'll looked after by Alan, our charming and attentive host. The property has been in his family since the 18th century! Peaceful at night, but short walk to all the major sights in Valladolid.

“Wonderful stay in Valladolid”

Lovely oasis a little way from centre of town. Near to the beautiful convent of St.bernadine. fabulous hosts and hospitality, couldn't be more helpful and kind, let us check in early and check out late. Free beers and soft drinks in the fridges. Beautiful gardens and excellent breakfast.

The staff were very welcoming and greeted us warmly. The hotel is a beautiful Colonial style property with a pretty courtyard right inches middle of town, yet quiet. Accommodations are more than you need and breakfast can be ordered.

So authentic , easy to get around Valladolid from here. Comfortable bed, hot shower. Tea & coffee making facilities ( with tea & coffee provided)small hair dryer too. The staff were lovely & couldn’t do enough. Alan is lovely, exceptional English & nothing was too much trouble.

We all felt like at home. You can find here a relaxed athmosphere with friendly and welcoming hosts. The garden in the courtyard is fashinating with many lovely plants. The location is perfect. Close to the city centre but not in the noisy part. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. We also received extra services, like leaving our luggages after check out which we appreciated a lot. We hope to return soon!

It was perfect. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. There was so much attention to detail in the room. The breakfast was delicious and very complete. The place was so traditional and local. I can't say anything bad about this place.

Francisco, his wife and his Son Alan are great, and very nice people doing everything to my make traveling life easy. Great location close to historic churches and some great (breakfast) restaurants. We’ll come back again. Kees & Josje
