Loved the location and the authenticity of the house. Most of all I appreciated the hospitality of the owner Greisy. The room was much bigger than expected, very comfortable. We had the option to do laundry there. And got a lot of good recommendations from the host. The location was also comfortable walking distance to all the best spots in the city that we wanted to visit.

The host was very kind and reliable. My room was very clean and a good size. There was hot water for showers. The shared kitchen was useful to have. The hotel is was in an excellent location, close to the bus and the main plaza/parque.

We had a lovely stay at Casa Azul! Our host was very friendly and welcoming. She gave us many tips about the local area, local cenote and best ways to get to Chichen Itza. The property was clean and comfortable and the location was great. Only a 10 minute walk to the bus terminal and close to downtown Valladolid. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and tidy room, with lots of space. Great location in a quiet street only a few minutes walk from the main square.

The location is great for accessing sightseeing attractions like cenote zaci which is only a few blocks away. Host was super friendly and helped us with recommendations and questions which we had during our stay there.

What a fantastic location for a stay in Valladolid! Only a few blocks from the Bus Station, and 2 mins from the main square area, Casa Azul is the perfect place to stay. Well priced for the location as well. Staff were very friendly and the room and bed were great. Common area with a kitchen ad fridge as well.

“Good value for the money, close to everything”

Basic room with the most essentials for a short stay. Very good location. Close to everything. 10min to Ado bus station and a tad more to the collectivo to chichen itza. A short walk to a local cenote and plenty of restaurants within a short walk.

A great place to stay in Valladolid just a couple of blocks from the main square. The people working there are lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean, and hot water was good in the shower. Only about 5 mins to the main square, ~10 to ADO Bus Station.

Big room

The location was great, only a short walk to shops, restaurants, the main square and Cenote Zaci. The Ado bus station and colectivos to Chichen Itza aren't far away either. Our room (no. 6) was super clean and huge with 2 beds, private bathroom, table and chairs as well as a sink with drying rack. Aircon worked well. The staff was very helpful and friendly but don't speak much English

“Perfect location & room!”

The room is very spacious, clean, and the bed is very comfortable, and it's only a 5-minute walk from the main plaza. We even had a wooden-designed chair that gave it its own vibe. We really enjoyed the stay, and since the rooms are in a compound away from the road, we slept very well! The shower has hot water, but honestly, we just used the cold as it was very hot in Valladolid. 100% recommended :)
