“Average”
Room was a little shabby-eg cigeratte burn hole on chair. Bathroom, especially shower cubicle very dated. Not changed in 20 years that I have been staying here. A/C not the best. Beakfast was terrible - not even eggs, bacon or toast available. Seems the Rugby Event dominated everything.

“Adequate for a couple of nights.”
It was great that we could keep our bicycles in our room, thank you. Note for other riders: the lift is short so you need to tip the bike up, and maybe need to remove bags first. We did each in two trips.

The hotel was comfortable, easy to find, the staff are lovely & the underground parking & lift made it easy for travelling alone with dogs - choice of bath or shower, I had a bath & slept like a baby.. it was not the first time I visited & I will use again.

Location with underground parking. The room was large and comfortable, bathroom was large and shower was hot. A good selection for breakfast. Staff were all helpful. I was there for 1 night.

“The location is far from the city centre and the room is quite small for the price.”
The location isn’t ideal for visiting tourist attractions. The mattresses were terrible and the room was far too small for a family. The bathtub water connection was also broken.

“A great hotel for a stopover on our way north to catch the ferry”
We were given a suite despite booking an ordinary double. It was lovely with a very comfortable bed with a choice of pillows and a huge bathroom not to mention a lounge area with a second tv and even a second toilet! Breakfast was copious.
