The welcome by Roberto was exceptional. Told us what to see and the best great restaurants. An amazing person to be front of desk and so pleased I met him.

The hotel is very centrally located, a few minutes from the main Plaza Mayor. It feels like a very friendly family hotel and the staff are really helpful. It is excellent value for money.

Room and facilities very even better and more comfortable than expected. Staff extremely friendly and helpsome. We are traveling with a 60+ kg dog who does not always fall in the most welcoming arms - but here: there was a dog bed for him set up, bowls for food and water and staff welcomed him as if he would be a part of the hotel family. Awesome!

Location in the heart of the city, with high end eateries at arm’s length. Warm welcome back from the charming, professional Imperial team, led by the wonderful Paloma. Handy nearby secure parking. All good, only good.

Large comfortable room, en suite had a walk-in shower as well as a bath, plus a non steam mirror! Staff ere brilliant including the guy behind the bar who was quite a character. The hotel also covered the cost of parking in the Plaza Mayor car park, one minute walk from the hotel.

The age and history of the hotel. The location. The traditional decor. The comfort and cleanliness of the rooms but especially the friendliness and warmth of the staff. Roberto on reception was incredible.

The hotel could not be more central and has a wonderful old-world feel to it. The receptionist Roberto was exceptionally helpful, especially with guidance on the main sights and restaurants. Free parking in a car park 1 minute's walk from the hotel was also appreciated.

Really convenient location close to the main square. Exceptionally large warm cosy and welcoming room with really comfortable bed. Room had tea and coffee making facilities. Friendly staff. Breakfast choice was good with cooked eggs offered.
