The location right in the centre. Staff were so courteous, and eager to assist in anyway. The bar was lovely, and the breakfast excellent. Our room was spacious and the bathroom had a walk in shower

The employees at the reception and even in the cafeteria for breakfast were very nice and helpful. Location is also excellent.

The hotel has a good location with easy access to the sights, restaurants and cafes. It was also only 8 minutes walk to the railway station. Our room faced the main road but was incredibly quiet. The room was spacious and comfortable The bathroom was quite large with everything you needed. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Great location mid way between City centre and rail station. On site restaurant is ideal a for city stay while travelling - good quality and good selection.

2nd room for our stay - a lovely hotel that clearly takes pride in itself, with helpful friendly staff who are professional and courteous at all times. Great location with super easy access to the train station (you can walk it in 5-10 minutes) and shopping and the beautiful old city.

Excellent stay! Beautiful hotel with friendly staff who really care about the guests and go out of their way to assist. Big rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet, secure and in a nice street but an easy walk to the historic town and 5 minutes walk to the train station- perfect!

Location of the hotel is close to the city centre. It is rather convenient for sightseeing, food and a tour of the whole city. It is not far from the train station either. The room of the hotel is very clear and quite. I slept even better than my home. The most important is that the staff members are very friendly and helpful. They gave me some great help whenever I need it. This is the hotel that I choose each time I go to Valladolid. I have also choose this hotel for my colleagues. This is our No. 1 hotel at Valladolid. I would like to strongly recommend this hotel to anybody who visits Valladolid.
