It feels like visiting your grandma because a host is caring, tidy and very friendly woman :) I shared the kitchen also with her and had small conversation.

Read it before on the other reviews and will just add to this. The person running this place is very cute. Like visiting your grandmother. She was really nice and helpful and let us even change the room.

Everything was good, I felt like home

It was possible for us to arrive after the usual check-in hours. There was a place outside with a roof to store our bicycles for the night, so they don't get wet. The kitchen was fully equiped with a table and four chairs to sit down for a meal.

Helge was a very nice host, explained everything and was helpful. The accommodation is simple, but you have everything you need.

Price/quality ratio - very good. Was really cheap price for a whole room, so if it is more or less decent then no reason to complain at such price. Friendly staff: showed/explained everything at check in. Away from bus station, but some busses pass near by. Two bus stops (Tartu, Kampus/Tolli) were 5-10 minute walk away. Peaceful green neighborhood - no passing traffic or other outside noises. Shared kitchen: refrigerator, water kettle, microwave, dishes. Room size good (for just spending a night or hanging out in a room 24/7).
