“Don’t bother.”
Having booking cancelled on morning of booking was not ideal. But we got a better hotel, better location and cheaper deal, so thanks for letting us off staying at yours.

Probably one of the best and most unique inns in this part (or in all) of Spain. Very cozy, and tastefully decorated with true creativity. Dinner was a bucolic gourmet selection in a cellar with otherworldly atmosphere, accompanied by music from Edith Piaff, Dean Martin and the like. The owners are super nice people, very friendly and helpful.

“Quirky and original boutique hotel.”
An original and interesting boutique hotel with a personal style. We had dinner at the hotel and Javier was an excellent host and a very good chef who explained the origins of the dishes we were having. The food was very good and he told us he also caters for vegetarians. I don't think the hotel would be to everyone's taste but if you are looking for something a little bit different with history and quirkiness combined then you would like this place. It is certainly not your standard chain type hotel. We were travelling with our dog and she was made very welcome and there were plenty of trails around the village for walks. We visited the Roman site of Valeria and it was fascinating to see a place that has existed for so long with its Roman name still intact. The setting of the village is spectacular, surrounded by gorges.
