“This hotel is classified as 4 star, but we did not have a 4 star experience.”
The Bed was Huge and so comfortable. Also the breakfast and the service at breakfast and the hotel bar was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good and bars and restaurants were mainly in walking distance.

Best location for visiting the city of Valencia, although small the room was quiet and comfortable and everything worked very well including high speed internet access via WiFi. Very efficient and friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, good air con, fab breakfast and excellent location just beside old town. Loved valencia, will defo be back, did golf cart 1 hour tour highly recommend and also street at back of hotel had fab ladies boutique.

The Vince Palace Hotel was first class. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel meant that the whole centre city was within walking distance and the breakfast was fresh and tasty.

Super clean and wonderful staff. A little bit noise in the evening if you keep window open but that’s because of the location. Location itself is amazing, really close to everything.

The location of this hotel is wonderful, in the center, close to many restaurants, shopping areas and cultural venues. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and well designed. Very good breakfast as well.

Staff friendly and good attention to detail - room spacious, clean and bed very comfy - excellent shower. Breakfast experience was spot on with superb choices and everything fresh - great restaurant staff. Location totally suited our plans and was central - easy to find.
