Overview
Centrally located next to Turia Gardens, The River Hostel is 5 minutes’ walk from Valencia Cathedral and Alameda Metro Station, which has direct airport trains. There is 24-hour reception, free Wi-Fi, free parking nearby and free luggage room. Accommodation is in dormitories or private rooms, all with shared bathroom facilities which are separate for males and females. All have air conditioning and heating, while most of them have balcony. Sheets are provided free of charge. Towels can be provided upon payment of a deposit. There are vending machines for drinks and guests can have breakfast in the onsite café. The hostel also has a games room and lounge and guests can make use of the shared kitchen for free. You can hire a bicycle directly at reception. Transfers to the airport, train or bus stations are available for an extra charge.

“Best Staff, great location, social atmosphere for solo travellers!”
THE STAFF! They were amazing! It was Amazing to see Valentina again, Dylan and Nina were awesome to greet daily. Good vibes all around. 2 of the security guards at night were attentive and got me water when I needed. Can't forget the cleaning people too. The views from the balcony, the location cannot be beaten. Love this place! Great atmosphere for socializing as a solo traveller. I have met some of the best people here from all walks of life.

I really liked that after 10pm there was not so much noise and they didnt allowed people to drink alcohol in the rooms. Also thé free activities and dinner were a nice way to build community. And the location is super nice alongisde the parc, very nice place to be 💖

I stayed 1 night at the hostel.The bed was so big and comfortable for 1 person, the little curtain gives you some privacy.The bathroom & showers were clean and spacious.The common areas were very colorful and welcoming.The location is a short walk from the cathedral.Turia Park is right across the street.

The location is perfect and the facilities really good. The filtered water tap was great to have before going out to the city.

“Not the worst, but for me not worth the money”
The location is really good, very accessible on foot from the iconic locations, very centric. The Italian girl with short hair on the reception was very kind and helpful, she really helped me out on one issue that was not related to my stay. They have shower gel and shampoo supply in the shower rooms.

“Dont recomand it”
The hostel was smelling so bad, the AC was not working it was so hot. Hard to sleep. Also i found shewed gum behind the pillow. So not hygienic. The toilets were at the end of the corridor, which wasn't very convenient. Dont recomand it!
