We were very satisfied with our stay. It was a huge advantage that we could check in at 11:30 instead of 4 pm. The apartment was spotless, well equipped, and the view was simply fantastic. We were warmly welcomed at the reception, which made us feel at home right away. The beach is just a short walk from the accommodation, which is another great plus. Overall, we can only highly recommend this place to everyone.

A big apartment with air con and a balcony looking over a large communal pool to the beach. Lots of families, quiet at night. Welcoming cafe bar on site for breakfast to supper but bars on the beach, plenty of local seafront restaurants within a 5-10 min walk. Easy key collection and bus straight into Valencia historic centre as well as taxis - bus about an hour, taxi 20-25 mins but not expensive.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, very clean, with air conditioning and a well-equipped kitchen including a microwave and a washing machine. We loved the balcony with a sea view and the large, beautiful swimming pool. The surroundings were tidy, safe, and the beach was very close, which was perfect for us. The place is very suitable for families. The staff was friendly, and the communication was quick and smooth. We received clear instructions for the key pick-up even for a late arrival. Overall, it was a very beautiful holiday, and we were truly impressed. Highly recommended!

“Large apartment in clean, secure compound with ocean views and private rooftop terrace”

Although key pickup was from a location a few hundred metres away, the instructions were easy to follow and the manager stayed onsite until 8pm to facilitate our late check-in. The. apartment is on the top floor and there is a lift. The apartment has a large, private rooftop terrace (see photo), accessed via a spiral staircase, which enjoys views over the countryside, ocean and up the coast. The photo doesn't do justice to the views but shows the size of the terrace. That's in addition to the smaller balcony on the same level as the apartment. The views are different to the views shown on the website but, arguably, even better. The complex is over the road from the beach and there were s variety of restaurants in walking distance. It was clean, quiet and the complex is in a secure compound which includes a small restaurant. We found free, onsite parking which accommodated our large SUV. The property was within easy walking distance of a bus into Valencia. Most cleaning products were supplied, although laundry liquid would have been handy.

The location is just perfect. 1 min from the beach and promenade.
