Perfect location and wonderful staff! The hotel is situated in an excellent spot, making it so easy to get around and explore the city. The reception team ( especialy the italian lady from Milan ) was incredibly kind, welcoming , and always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended!

Central location.

Fantastic location, just around the corner from the Cathedral but in a quiet area. Close to bars, restaurant and shops. Easy walking distance to all the main attractions in the Old Town. The hotel rooms were clean, spacious and modern with everything you need eg, TV, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, safety deposit box, fridge, coffee maker. This part of the hotel is just around the corner from the main Hotel SH Ingles which has the main reception, breakfast area and bar, but guests of the Suite Palace have access to all of these facilities. The Reception team were excellent. They provided all the information we needed, answered our queries and booked a taxi back to the Airport. Nothing was too much trouble.

The room was very clean and well looked after, with everything thoughtfully arranged and easy to use. The shower room was spacious, and I really appreciated that the shower had a proper sliding door. The small fridge was also handy. The location is great too. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very pleased with my experience. The breakfast was excellent and filling — I really enjoy a traditional English breakfast, and this one fully met my expectations. Everything was fresh, the coffee was delicious, and the bread was freshly baked. It was a great way to start the day. The location truly deserves special mention — it couldn’t be better. Right in the very center and only a 5-minute walk from my workplace, which was absolutely perfect. I would gladly stay here again.

We had time just for one night in Valencia. Accomodation situated in the heart of the city was really great. It was amazing. You are in the pulsatile centre, but during the night it was very quiet as it is "behind the corner". Room is simple, but cozy and renovated, design is modern, atmosphere is great. If you have chance, stay there during your stay in Valencia.

I noticed a hygiene issue in the bathroom of my room, there was a rather large area of mold on the wall. Additionally, the internet connection in the room was quite weak.
