“Disappointed”

We were offered an ‘upgrade’ to a suite.. it was very poor, if this was the suite I can’t imagine the normal rooms. The suite consisted of a small living space with a pull out bed & a shabby table. We bought 2 of these rooms, one for me and my husband and one for my 3 sons, they didn’t tell us that there was only 2 double beds, what young men want to share a bed. The website says it’s 10 minute walk to old town but we had to get a 15 minute taxi ride. A disappointing stay. Also, the car park is too small, we had terrible trouble trying to get our large car out of there. Really do not recommend this hotel.

Location, cleanliness, and fresh orange juice at breakfast

I had booked a suite that does not match the advertised photos at all. The room was dirty; the sofa was so stained I was afraid to touch it. The view looked onto an inner courtyard with a school playground and children shouting nonstop. The walls were scuffed. The sofa had been placed in some dark corridor. I found hair in the bathroom. This hotel is nothing like a 4-star property, and when I asked for a room change they promised to do so but I did not receive one by 6 p.m. When I asked to make a written complaint, they told me that if I wrote one I would have to stay in the same room I had been given. I had to leave the hotel and they are refusing to refund me. I have already sent several formal complaints, but they insist everything was fine and the room was suitable to stay in. I do not recommend this hotel at all — and I know there are other excellent hotels in Valencia!

Room was fine, location Ok but the quickest walk to the old town in bad. Give yourself more time and take the long way via the Rio park.

Good location,10-15 minute walk to city centre. Comfortable and clean room, friendly staff and good choice of breakfast. Lots of artisan restaurants and bars close by. Can recommend and would return.

I still have not received a bill for my accomodation!

The bed was big and comfortable, the room was large and there was also a balcony to enjoy my morning coffee. The bathroom was also quite spacious and fully equipped.

“A nice hotel with spacious rooms close to Ruzafa and the Old Town.”

The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfy and the hotel is in a great location, near the Ruzafa area and about a 30-minute walk to the Cathedral and old town. Ordering Ubers from the foyer was a nice touch and the staff were very nice and friendly.
