We had everything we needed. Location is great. Beach nearby. Appartment is modern. Really appreciated the fact that they accepted a 2 hour early check-out.

Location was right next to the beach. Beach was clean and not overcrowded. The apartment had facilities to cook. The black out blinds were amazing and really comfortable beds. We were a group of 6 and had booked 2 apartments, we loved that you could keep the connecting door open so it didn’t feel like you were separated. The hosts went out their way to help us and accommodate us.

Great location just off the beach with sea view from balcony. Very pleasant to hear the sound of waves crashing in the apartment. Gym & small pool in the building. Easy walk to numerous excellent restaurants along the boardwalk. Big grocery store Consum is a 6 minute walk. Other smaller grocery stores closer. Lots of sporting opportunities here also- fitness, yoga & surfing classes, skatepark etc right on your doorstep. Suma fitness centre around corner offers holiday passes for pool & classes. Beach sports too- volleyball, soccer, outdoor gym, beach playground etc. Public transportation easy to avail of- number 31 & 92. Pay fare on bus via contactless payment. Journey into centre about 30 mins by bus. Highly recommend this apartment!

It is located right next to the beach, in a quiet and cosy area. The beach is very nice and clean, not very crowded, there are numerous restaurants nearby and also some mini-markets. Access from this location to the city center, to the port, and to other touristic attractions is very easy. The host provided water and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. We were also provided beach towels and a beach chair. We would like to return to this location.

“A for Amazing”

A recent and premium' ish area of Valencia, perfect to enjoy the beach and chill. The area is calm at night and mostly frequented by families. The acconodations are brand new and modern with all the basic stuff you need and more. A supermarket is near (a t min. walk) along with a few sea facing restaurants by the promenade. We even took the mattress brand to buy one fot us at home :). And it's amaziing that you can get to yhe beach in 10 seconds :). And not in a figurative way. the complex has direct access to the promenade. oh. and did I mention the private pool and Gym? :). Regarding the value for money, we'rr from Portugal, and we were cobsidering goung to the Algarve, but for an apartment with simillat conditions, bew, with pool, gym, and by the beqch it would cost us 3 or 4 times more. The flight to and from Valencia and the bookink price was actually cheaper than stayin in our own country. If you're a couple, or a couple with small kids, don't think twice. the area is very safe. I could go on forever with the perks for thos accomodaion :)

The indoor pool is nice on rainy days. The apartment is located right at the beach, so it must be wonderful in the summer. There is a convenience store nearby and an Italian restaurant downstairs. The balcony has an OK view of the sea. The apartment is relatively clean and has all the basic amenities as well as a nice television. At night, it's possible to lower the metal shutters and block all light into the bedrooms as well as some sound. There is a sun umbrella as well as a couple of chairs to take to the beach.
