Everything was perfect. The room was luxurious, spacious, and fully equipped. We even had Netflix. The location of the apartment was ideal, close to the park, and the center was a 20-minute walk away. Basically, you could walk everything you wanted to see in Valencia from your hotel. Only the beach was further away. We had a small problem with the television, and it was resolved in a fantastic way by the staff. We have never experienced such friendly staff. They also contacted you via the app to ask if everything was okay. We really liked this. When we go to Valencia again, we will go back to Ramirez. 100%.

“Good value flats well located for exploring Valencia”
We had a very good value flat on the 3rd floor, well equipped for our week's stay. The Ramirez is well located to explore Valencia , being close to bus stops and the metro. The old town was a 25 minute walk away and the Turia ribbon park close by. The staff on the front desk were extremely helpful when we had questions, making for a great stay in the city.

Ramirez's staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed with small children and had everything we needed for a complete vacation, from an equipped kitchen, daily room cleaning to free beach equipment. Every recommendation for the hotel.

The place was very clean and prepared for us. The staff were amazing and friendly. They were very helpful to also arrange for us an additional night! There is a welcome package for babies with shampoo, pencils inside which was very cute. They also provided a baby bath tub which made our life easier. Overall, fantastic place to explore Valencia from especially with children.

“Wonderful stay”
The staff and the location were absolutely superb. The room and facilities were quite nice as well. There were new coffee capsules each day and everything you may need in the kitchen equipment. You can also borrow an umbrella if it's raining or rent a bike.

2 rooms, comfortable beds, even the sofa, kind and smiling hostesses. Every day cleaning. Close to bus stops, close to the park. If you like walking, the Musium of art is 25 min walk, Oceanografic - 30 min, the center - 20 min walk.

the position nearest a lot of bus stations and metro 8 minutes relaxing walk from the hotel the staff from reception was 10/10 only with smile on the face you can buy tickets for the zoo , oceanograph from the reception

“A good place to stay”
A lovely modern, good sized apartment which was well-equipped and also included daily housekeeping. Spacious bathroom with nice toiletries and a great shower. And, as well as a hairdryer, there were straighteners - bonus. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly - shout out to Tamara in particular. Location is good - within walking distance of Turia park and City of Arts and Sciences. The old part of Valencia is a bit further away but it's a lovely walk through the park or, alternatively, there are bus options. There are a couple of small supermarkets, several bars and restaurants in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
