“Beautiful place in a great location!”
The location was ideal! Close to public transport and right in the heart of the old city. Restaurants and all sorts of sights nearby. The room was big enough for 4 people to stay and the overall building looked really fancy. It was also easy to communicate with the staff through WhatsApp.

Walkint distance to everything in the old town. Comfortable beds. Clean space. Snacks and drinks baskets in the apartment was a very nice touch. Pretty apartments. Free luggage lockers are a great plus.

Fantastic location in the heart of the old city. Easy walking distance to the Cathedral, Mercat Central and all of Valencia's must-see spots. Good access for buses down to the coast and other parts of the city too. The duplex apartment was lovely. We were on the fourth floor but there's a lift as well as stairs. Spacious and stylish. Kitchen had everything we needed and welcome pack with coffee, olive oil etc and washing up essentials was much appreciated

“Lovely but noisy”
The lobby and apartment are lovely. Can't review staff as we didn't meet anyone. Check in was fine although signing of contract was a bit of a chore.

“Lovely big room, comfortable stay, wifi issues.”
Room was large and very well organised, the kitchen area had everything we could want, the sofa bed had linen waiting, and beds were comfortable. The hotel is not staffed but the WhatsApp chat "reception" were very responsive and helpful when they could be.

“Central and beautiful city apartment”
We travelled with a group of 15 people and booked 2 apartments. The Palacio is a beautiful building, the apartments are very clean and the customer service was always available and very friendly. Overall, we can 100% recommend this location!
