Very nice place, well equipped with everything you may need, shattaf in each toilet is a big add. I loved it.

Everything we needed, clean, fantastic communication from the owner. Would definitely recommend to friends. Short walk to the beach and great public transport links into the old town, bioparc, science museum area. Supermarkets very close by.

My family and I stayed for a week in Maritime Beach house and it was an overall fantastic! The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the entire stay stress-free. One of the highlights was how well the house was equipped for families with young children. There were baby accessories available, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Although the rooms weren’t the most spacious, they were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Each room also had mosquito repellent, earplugs, and night masks, which was a really nice touch for ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep after a busy day. Plus, the location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to the beach! The host provided umbrellas and beach toys, which kept our little ones entertained. We also loved the large terrace, which was perfect for enjoying during the quiet hours. It was especially convenient for the smoker in our group. Overall, this house was perfect for our family vacation. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing stay near the beach with great amenities for both kids and adults (p.s there are boardgames too :))!

“Amazing house and great host”

The house is beautifully renovated, mixing modern design with the historic features. Enric is a fantastic host, and he made sure that everything was perfect during our stay. He was also very helpful and provided suggestions for what to do, and where to eat in Valencia. The property is clean, and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable, and the wardrobes are large enough to fit anything you might bring along. The windows are not insulated, so there is some noise coming from outside, even if they are closed. However, Enric provided us with disposable earplugs, so the noise was not an issue. Every room is equipped with air conditioning units, the bathrooms have all the necessary toiletries (even sunscreen), and there is plenty of coffee and tea in the kitchen for the entire stay. The mosquitoes can be quite a nuisance, but there are mosquito repellent devices in each bedroom. The neighbourhood is quiet and the beach is 10 minutes away by foot. There are plenty of bus stops, restaurants, and small grocery stores nearby.

Great location, beautifully done up property, very thoughtful amenities provided. We have rented many holiday properties, & in this one, the host has put considerable thought into what residents will need. Lovely patio area, and we enjoyed our stay. Enric was very responsive.

Very spacious place in a prominent location! A beach is just a short walk away, a couple of supermarkets are behind the corner, and a number of cafes as well. The kids had a lot of fun with the provided toys/books and the backyard.

Spacious comfortable traditional house in a typical and well preserved area of Valencia. Close walking distance to the beach, which is very safe, quite and clean with a family atmosphere. The Cabanyal area is very nice and well preserved with typical coloured houses that makes feel a bit like in the Caribbean. The house is also very close to the Cabanyal train station that brings you to the Valencia main station in less than 15'. It is ideally located for vacations that will mix the fun and rest of the beach and the thrill of the big city. Everything you need is at short walking distance. 2 small supermarkets, bakers, fancy bars and restaurants. 2 cheap take away restaurants very close for typical Valencian food. The house is also very well equiped. Anything you need to feel like home. The kitchen is top notch and the courtyard at the back too. The air conditioning is welcome after a long day in the hot air. And last but not least, Enric and Sasha are the perfect hosts. Always attentive and available if you need anything. But you won't because everything is already there for you.

The accommodation, the location, everything was perfect for our requirements and Enric was very helpful and friendly. We came for leisure but also for a music festival and it was perfect for both purposes. We also came by car and could find free parking quite easily.
