“Beautiful, quiet and comfortable apartment close to the beach”
We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. We chose it because we wanted to be closer to the beach, and the location was very convenient for our purpose. The beach was within walking distance, and there was also a tram nearby, which made it easy to reach the city center and other areas of Valencia. We also found nice restaurants, supermarkets and places to get food close to the apartment. One special thing we really appreciated was the quietness. The apartment has windows facing the street, but the street itself is private/enclosed and closed to traffic at night, so it was very peaceful. Our first impression when we entered the apartment was that it looked even better than in the pictures, which is always the best feeling. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole apartment felt very well prepared for guests. The online check-in information was complete and very clear, which made everything easy. We also appreciated the luggage storage room after check-out. Since I had a late flight, it was very convenient to leave my luggage there for a few more hours and pick it up later using a special code. We were two friends: one of us slept in the bed and the other on the sofa bed. I slept on the sofa bed and it was honestly one of the most comfortable places I have slept in during my travels. So if someone needs to sleep on the sofa bed, there is no need to worry, it was very comfortable. We have nothing negative to mention and would happily stay here again.

“Excellent apartment”
The apartment was the penthouse and was well equipped. Close to bus routes, tram and metro as well as a bike hire shop, so easy to explore the city. Walk to Science park was about 25 minutes. Terrace gets sun in the morning

“Great apartment, great location, great price!”
It is important to emphasize that we did NOT receive the apartment we originally booked. We paid for a studio, but were given a large apartment with an open-plan kitchen and a separate bedroom. Therefore, our review applies to this specific unit! The apartment is large, spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Although we didn't use it, in addition to the living room and the bedroom, there is also a more modest but perfectly functional room with bunk beds. It is located in a residential block surrounding a courtyard, very close to the metro station that goes to the airport (Line 5). The building itself is well-maintained, and entry is via a code. The location is excellent! It’s not in the city center, but Metro Lines 5 and 7 are very close by. Tram 6 stops right in front of the house (heading outbound), as does Tram 8, which takes you straight to Valencia's beach (only 3 stops away).

Lovely and spacious accommodation, with good quality finishes. Good location near the metro and serviced by lots of buses as well. Situated on a quiet street with a supermarket close by. Communication by the hosts was proactive and friendly.

Great location for Cabañal area of Valencia. Lockers are available to leave bags before and after check in/out. Mum and I were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment from the studio which was really kind. Comfy sofa, good little kitchen and bathroom. Perfect for our stay. Clean and nicely decorated apartment with balcony. Comfortable beds. Thank you very much!

Great contact with the owner from the very beginning until the last moment, very responsive. Apartment is really big, nice and clean. It is located in a prefect area, close to the sea and close to the Ciudad de Arts if you like walking ;) subway station 3 min by foot so honestly nothing else needed
