“Great couple of days in a nice apartment !”

The host met us at the apartment and showed us around. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. The apartment is in a great location, bus stop around the corner to go to the beach, supermarket downstairs and plenty of nice bars and restaurants and shops in the direct vicinity. It was clean, everything worked and the place is very cosey!

Really clean and well presented. Location superb. Just a 5 min walk to the beautiful old town. Quiet neighbourhood. Found the locals to be very friendly and felt very safe. Mini market downstairs was ideal for getting bits and pieces.

The property was central and leas than 10min walk to the main square. It was spotlessly clean and the air conditioning in every room was such a luxury in the extreme heat. The two bathrooms were a great addition when travelling with a group. The building was very secure and quiet and you felt safe. The communication with the host was efficient and friendly. Loved the small balcony to sit out with our morning coffees. Couldn’t fault it.

Excellent location: the historic center, walking distance to train stations, near the biopark, many restaurants, bars, cafes, shops.... The apartments are new, well equipped, there was everything we could need, perfect cleanliness... The hostess is caring, gave a lot of useful advice and special thanks to her for the guide to Valencia

The communications with our host Patricia were excellent and extremely helpful and informative. It was really helpful to be able to drop our bags off before checking in as it gave us an extra few hours to explore. The apartment was spotlessly clean and really beautiful. It had everything we wanted and is in a fantastic location for sightseeing as well as a host of superb restaurants and bars. We could not have hoped for a better place
