The apartment was really comfortable, a great designed, comfortable bed and even sofa had good mattresses. You have everything there even for a long stay-well equipped kitchen with oven, pots,pans, plates,different glasses, whatever you need to cook, you can! The room and bathroom are spacious and good soundproof, which was important for me as I am a light sleeper.we could even sleep with open windows as it is not a noisy district with a little park just in front. Good location, close to everything walking distance to the beach and Turia park,transport to airport and city center. The cleaning was spotless as well! But what was the best is the host! He is such a nice, welcoming person. He met us himself, gave a million useful life hacks where to eat, what to see even helped us to get to such a beautiful location which I never heard before, though visited Valencia many times. We can't be grateful enough! We really felt like we came to our close relative! I definitely recommend staying there!

The apartment was absolutely wonderful. Everything looked just like in the photos, even better in person. The place was spotless, and all the essentials were provided – even small details such as salt, sugar, tea and coffee, which made the stay very convenient. The location is excellent: a large shopping centre and the City of Arts and Sciences are only 5–7 minutes away, the beach is about 15 minutes, and there are supermarkets nearby. A special thanks to the manager Ariyan, who was very friendly, always ready to help, and gave us excellent recommendations for local places. We truly enjoyed our stay in Valencia and will definitely choose this apartment again next time. Highly recommended

“Great appartment, clean, good beds, great location, great host”

The appartment is really nice decorated and very clean. Airco is working perfectly. The location is good, located at a small square, supermarket at 1 min, and it is really quite. Nearby the beach and about 15 minutes with the bike to the city center. Ariyan, the host, is really a true host and very nice. He gave us useful tips and is very helpfull. Our next Valencia trip will definitely be at this appartement because the quality/price is good. Too bad we only stayed for 3 nights because Valencia is a great city to visit, especailly when staying at this appartment.

We have been travelling for 3 years now and this was our absolute favourite stay for many reasons! 1. Exceptional and super friendly host that is there for you and your needs every step of the way. He is so kind and very helpful with everything you need. Thank you ariyan! 2. Beautiful Apartment and amenities - modern, beautiful interior design and has EVERYTHING you need. Big bathroom and shower, great lounge and kitchen and a lot of space for storing luggage and clothes etc. Hair dryer, clothes wardrobe, hangers, coffee machine with coffee, toaster - everything! 3. Location - easy 2 minute walk to the bus stop for the main town, and the bus comes every 10 minutes. Close walk to the beach and port as well as the arts Park in the Gardens. Excellent location for everything. 4. Cleanliness - super clean and very new. Plenty of bins, bags, wipers etc for anything. 5. Great WIFI! had to do some work and there were no issues - fast and stable connection! Wonderful stay!

The location was excellent for access to the Metro for the airport, and for buses into the city Centre. Walking distance to Oceanographic etc. The apartment was exceptionally clean, well appointed, and nicely designed.

Amazing stay in Valencia! The apartment is cozy and beautifully decorated, with a design that clearly shows the care and effort of the host. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great - quiet and peaceful, with a metro and bus stops nearby, as well as Turia Park and the beach within walking distance. Perfect for exploring the city or just relaxing. 
 The host was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. He provided detailed recommendations on places to visit, local cuisine to try, and more. As a thoughtful touch, I was greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine, chocolate, and a basket of fresh mandarins upon arrival, which was such a pleasant surprise :) I absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Valencia, and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip. A truly outstanding experience!
