“Nice flat in a good location for visiting the museo de las artes but definatelly not a luxury flat.”
The location, is quiet, easy to find free parking near the property. There are restaurants 5 mins walk and it's near the Ciudad de las Ciencias. The place is decent size for a family of 4 and looks clean and tidy.

We liked everything in this apartment as it was designed very smart for quests convenience. Easy communication with the Owner, no problems with check in and out, all necessary equipment and consumables even a gifted beer, central location ext. Look forward to visit this place again.

“Short stays only. Difficult heat issues, Disappointed by description.”
For a night or two nights for visitors to City of Arts and Sciences or for 20 -something young digital nomads this spot might work. Otherwise very basic listing located on ground floor of very large impersonal complex .

The location is the best for families who want to visit Oceanographic, it is just an easy 10 minute walking. Very easy to park just around the apartment. Everything is super clean and comfortable!

Fully equipped, modern, spacious, quiet and clean. Exceptionally friendly hosts with great communication and a perfect underground private parking spot. Excellent connections with less than 10 minutes walk for trams, buses, taxi's and shops. Also with a pharmacy around the corner and Oceanografic a stones throw away. If we were to stay in Valencia again we would stay here without a doubt!
