Good location for getting everywhere, rooms basic and beds comfy esp after Agua de Valencia!! Breakfast food selection tho room small and bit difficult to be seated, if a few people arrive at same time.

This is my go-to hotel in Valencia — clean, quiet, comfortable, affordable and a pleasant walk from the old town. Friendly, helpful staff, 24-hour reception and a quiet location in a neighbourhood with good cafés, about a 12-minute walk from the nearest metro station.

Good location, a lot of restaurants nearby, the hotel was a little outdated, but with the price we paid, it was very reasonable, good size bedroom, and the breakfast was reasonably good. I would recommend this hotel to other guests.

Good staff breakfast was nice simple but sufficient not the fanciest coffee machine but all good. Very friendly staff. Enough to keep you going for the day. Plus the location is excellent positioned equally between the beach with buses right outside or the park and centre in the other direction.

“Value for money stay”
The room was spacious, the bed comfy, had everything necessary. The bathroom had a shower and necessary soap, shampoo etc. Breakfast was adequate.
