“We had a really lovely city break, I would recommend València and this hotel for a great break.”
Location was perfect, we were right in the historic centre. Hotel and rooms spotless and cleaned every day. The breakfast was excellent, with multiple choice available every morning. As a coeliac the staff looked after me with several choices of gluten free food. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I can’t thank Phillip enough for his help in sorting out a mix up in our flights. What a really lovely man.

“Wonderful city break in Valencia”
The property was perfectly positioned for exploring the city. It was clean, the room was spacious enough for two, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was superb. All in all a fantastic place for a city break. I don’t have any criticisms at all but I would suggest the baths need a non slip mat adding. My wife and I are just coming into our seventies and though both fit and healthy we both found the bath to be very slippy when showering and I would suggest moving the towel rack as someone could catch their head on it. Small things to reduce the risk of any accidents.

“Great location, tasteful hotel with friendly staff.”
The location was absolutely perfect, with everything near by; main square, station and market around a 7mins stroll. The bars right outside were friendly and well priced, these provided our morning and evening drinks due to the convenience. The welcome from the reception, in particular, Filipe, was outstanding and this continued throughout our stay, he went above and beyond and totally added to the experience of the hotel. The rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable, they were very clean and room service was provided everyday. The breakfast was adequate for our needs, with plenty or seating and friendly staff. They prepared us a breakfast box the day of departure, due to an early start, which was really helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

“Family vacation”
Centrally located. You can walk anywhere or take a bus. The breakfast was good, cold cuts, eggs, bread, drinks, fruits, etc. There's free coffee in the lobby.

“Excellent”
Staff were lovely, especially Leonardo who was so helpful and had an amazing sense of humour! Hotel was based in a great area. Few minutes walk from the direct support metro in one direction and few minutes walk from the old town in the other

“Would definitely recommend a trip to Valencia”
Staff at breakfast were very accommodating & helpful My friend had a dietary preference for Gluten Free & this was provided for her Good selection of breakfast foods Staff on Reception very helpful & friendly, rooms were always tidied & the location of the hotel was very good to be able to visit the Old Town & it’s many places of interest
