“Quite a gem!”

It is a wonderful place to rest when you're in holiday! It is beautiful, clean, in the middle of old city, surrounded with coffee shops, restaurants, very close to central market. It is a family business and you can feel the warmth of real valencian people! Our room was not to big but still comfortable. Excellent bedding, everyday cleaning. Very well sound proof from outside! Free tea & some sweet treats for breakfast, a fridge with water, beer and also a coffee machine. The lobby has a beautiful decor, family pictures and comfortable chairs just perfect for unwinding! Carmen & Sonia are perfect hosts! Full of hints and information!

“Excellent stay in this friendly central hotel.”

The hotel was in an excellent central position. The room and shower room were spotlessly clean. Hot water was available all day for showers, and the air conditioning and double glassing both worked extremely well. Coffee, tea and cakes were available in the morning, although it wasn’t a formal breakfast. The staff in the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, and made our stay very pleasurable. All in all, we had a great stay.

Wonderful welcome, very friendly and helpful staff. 24 hour reception, with keys left at desk, which felt very safe. Superb location: close to market, walking distance to train stations and everything we wanted to see! As advertised and expected, the room was smallish, but very comfortable for the two of us. Lift to upper levels; lovely lounge area downstairs with tea/coffee making. Loved the family history and feel of this place. Would definitely return!

The hotel is situated in the perfect location - literally 5-10 mins from the major sites and about 12 mins walk from Colón metro. Staff are really nice - we chatted with José, Sonia and Carmen who were very friendly. This is a great place to be based and we would stay there again.

This was a family run hotel- they were really welcoming and gave lots of helpful information. The hotel was perfectly placed for all tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and the hotel reception offered free tea and cakes for breakfast. Would definitely return to this wonderful hotel. Great value for money.

I think this is a brilliant hotel / hostal. It is located in the centre of the old town, a few minutes walk from the Central Market. The owners are exceptionally kind and helpful. The rooms are very clean and we slept very well. They really make every effort possible to make sure your stay is as good as possible.
