This apartment is in a truly fantastic location right in the heart of the old city, making it perfect for exploring on foot. ​The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, communicating easily in both Spanish and English, which made check-in and any questions simple and stress-free. ​The apartment itself was well-equipped. We were provided with water, coffee, tea, and milk, as well as maps and even a public transport card, which was a huge bonus!

Wonderful 1st floor apartment, well furnished and set out. The kitchen was ready to cook anything plenty of plates, pans utensils etc. Beds nice and comfy and a nice bathroom with a good shower. Vicente is an excellent host and communication is one of his skills. A friendly knowledgeable man. Situated within the old town and everything you need to see is within walking distance

“A perfect stay in the heart of El Carmen”

The location in the El Carmen neighborhood is fantastic: close to all the main sights, and surrounded by amazing restaurants and bars. Yet, despite being so central, the apartment is wonderfully quiet at night. The apartment itself is very spacious for two people. The water pressure in the shower is excellent, something that’s really important to us. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and a washing machine, which made things so convenient. The air conditioning worked perfectly and truly saved us during the heat wave in early July 2025. But the best part of our stay was our host, Vicente. He is an absolute star. He had cold water and beer waiting for us in the fridge, allowed us to check in early and check out late, and frequently checked in to make sure everything was perfect. He was always available in case we needed anything and gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants, bars, and things to see around Valencia. Thank you, Vicente. You truly made our vacation even more special!

The apartment was centrally located with access to many restaurants, cafes, bars and monuments. It was impeccably clean with everything we needed. The A/C was greatly appreciated and worked perfectly. The owner was extremely responsive and gave lots of restaurant and sightseeing tips. Perfect for a visit with friends as there are two single beds.

We liked everything. The location was great, 5-10 min walk from all the landmarks in the old city. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with all amenities needed. There was an AC unit in all the rooms. The host Vicente was as if he was an old friend of ours. He was very hospitable, friendly, helpful in all aspects. He gave us maps, explained everything. We had a very late arrival and he waited for us. He also escorted us to the taxi station on our way out. Kudos!

The property was a real hidden gem and very much felt like a home from home. The host, Vincente, deserves a special mention. Not only was he there to greet us on arrival, he also gave us a map upon which he had highlighted interesting places for us to visit and directions how to get to them. In addition, he made a restaurant reservation for us at a place he had recommended. All in all, the whole experience was faultless. Thank you Vincente!

“A fantastic stay in Valencia”

An amazingly comfortable, well appointed apartment. With 2 comfortable single beds and large living room/kitchen. Bedroom very quiet, with en-suite shower room. Kitchen had everything you’d need if you wanted to cook instead of eating out (but we didn’t!!, too many wonderful restaurants nearby) Host, Vincente, met us and gave us brilliant detailed recommendations for places to visit, things to do and restaurants to eat in. He was also very kind and allowed us to store our bags on our last day, for a late check out. Would thoroughly recommend

Nice and cool even when it’s very hot outside. Quiet area with lots to see and do within walking distance. 10mins walk to tram stop for a ride to the beach.

Our family of 4 spent a week in this apartment in central Valencia. The location is very convenient, everything you need is literally in a walking distance. The apartment is tastefully and practically furnished, also the kitchen is well equipped. All was very clean. As we always travel light we also appreciated that washing machine was available to us. The host Vicente is very professional, friendly, always ready to help/ or share tips where to go or what to see. It was a pleasure to communicate with him. We would not hesitate to come again. Top!

We loved everything about our stay at the property. The flat is in a central location in a lovely neighbourhood with every main attraction at walking distance. The host met us at the property, showed us around in details and was exceptionally welcoming and nice. He gave us tips and advices for our stay; also checked with us mid-stay that everything was going well. He was available for any questions and prompt in his responses. The flat was clean, cosy and spacious with all the facilities you might need, from hair dryer to iron. Everything was in working order. Our three-day stay at this property was absolutely delightful. The place offered all the amenities we could possibly need, creating a truly homely atmosphere. The property's location was also a big plus, offering tranquility on a quiet street while still being within easy reach of the city center, bars, and restaurants. Vicente was also an amazing host.
