Spacious and clean. Located in a lively neighborhood with plenty of coffee spots and restaurants 🙂. Metro and tram are about 10min and 5min away respectively. Spacious and clean beach at 8min.

Ela was the perfect host, great communication and answered all our questions before we travelled. Very well equipped apartment with everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean. Very easy to get to from Valencia airport via metro and a short walk. Walking distance to beaches, supermarket and arts and sciences quarter. Front bedroom facing out to the street could be a bit noisy at times, this didn't bother us but might be an issue for light sleepers. Travelled here with my two teenage daughters. Lots to do and safe neighbourhood.

The location was really good for the beach but also for the metro with bike hire, supermarkets and restaurants all very close by.

“A fantastic family choice”

There were loads of places to walk to for food/drinks etc, the host left some great recommendations. It is a 10 min walk to the metro or beach. The apartment was lovely and has been renovated in keeping with the building and local area. Some very nice touches and it has everything that you need, especially with children. My kids loved all the books and toys. It was very comfortable - we would love to have stayed longer.

“Cool, family friendly apartment!”

Really great place, short walk to beach, nice interiors and amazing facilities for the kiddies. The owner has thought of everything: toys for the beach, a step stool, baby bath, toilet seat… I could go on! It was just so convenient to have all these bits. My 3 yo was thrilled by the baskets of toys - they made him so happy and kept him entertained all week. The host was also super helpful, accommodating luggage storage at start and end of trip and responded really quickly to our messages.

The property was full of character with a lovely terrace. The owner had thought of everything that you might need and always responded quickly to any questions.

The stay at this apartment was nothing short of fabulous. I stayed with my husband and children ages 8 and 2. In every detail you could sense the care and attention the host put into creating an experience full of comfort, serenity and welcome. Its large spaces, all the amenities organized with great empathy by the host, the many games and various equipment for children, beach, kitchen and various pastimes made us all really happy. All kinds of endowments are present, and this really makes you feel at home, with everything you need and more. The style of the apartment is equally spectacular and it really contributes so much to a unique and authentic living experience, as if you were a local. The quaint neighborhood is really well served and close to the beautiful Cabanyal beach. In addition, we rented bikes for the entire week and toured the entire city thanks to the very organized network of bike lanes that connect the area with all the city's attractions and the center, in complete safety even for the little ones. This allowed us to enjoy both the city and the sea in the afternoon. Ela, the host, was also very present and supportive during the blackout that affected all of Spain on April 28. I was really very happy with this vacation, and a key role was played by this apartment and those who organized it to make us feel at home!

Wonderful place, it has everything you need when travelling with children (toys, books, baby bathtub, etc.), it has a sunny small terrace with beautiful flowers

“Exceptional stay, fully equipped accomodation, rare find”

We absolutely enjoyed our accomodation! First we met Cristina who came to clean the apt and let us in to leave our luggage. We were able to sit and have a 5 min talk on nearby places and general scehdule of places since we visited during the Fallas We were absolutely surprised by the archietcure of the house (I might be biased since I love the roman domus configuration with a patio) In terms or architecture and interior design I loved the place starting with the iron door lock that enabled us to bring the stroller in and out(btw it's on the groud floor so if you travel w a stroller like we have it's efortless) and ending with the choice of leaving a dorm window with old wooden shutters and iron bars! Very functional, the fully equipped kitchen and dining room were a hit since we were able to prepare breakfast on most of the days, some dinners also. The many toys and books were a delight for the little one and as for me I enjoyed skimming through some interior design magazines Toys: our little 2yr old enjoyed the plastic motorbike and would ride it most of the time. Little art pieces, massive wood table, form and function! Next, location. Excellent location for us, close to the beach (had the weather been better we would have spent more time there) but also walkable distance to the city of science (30min walk / less if you take the 99 bus) The Maritim metro station will let you visit the city center. Enjoyed 2 meals at a 3min walk restaurant called Anyora and a dinner at Fets, strolled through the market which was more relaxed than the main one in the city center and my wife stroke a very nice conversation with a stall lady selling local products there. We stayed for one week which enabled us to visit oceanographic(1d) the science museum(1d) biopark(1d), accomodate midday toddler sleeps and have extra time to wander and enjoy the city. The Family Artpartment was our beloved base and headquarters always welcoming us back after a long day. We felt home.

“A magnificent and unique apartment”

Everything was perfect from the very entrance. ARTpartment is a space created with passion and care to make guests feel literally at home. Everything is thought out to make it easy for residents to relax and explore. The apartment is large, comfortable and equipped with all possible amenities both in the kitchen (spices, oils, coffee), bathroom (shampoo, shower gel, dryer, beach towels, washing machine) and bedroom (comfortable beds and pillows, fragrant bedding). If it weren't for the fact that we wanted to explore Valencia, we might not have left the apartment :-). Ela also took care of recommendations of places in the area: where to eat, what to visit, etc. Thanks to this we ended up, among other things, at an unforgettable Flamenco show, tasted delicious coffee and tasty breakfasts. There are plenty of stores, restaurants, cafes, etc. around the house. We are happy that we ended up at Ela's place, because after a day of sightseeing we were happy to return to the apartment for a rest. Finally, there is also plenty of variety for children, books, a small scooter, etc. Those with young children will have extra reasons to be happy.

“superbe location, we would love to come again!”

A really superbe apartment in Cabanyal. We would love to come back. Beautifully furnished. Just 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Lovely neighborhood, just a few minutes from the Cabanyal market. Nice restaurant just opposite in the street. Bikes nearby to rent. Or you can take a city bus to the old center. And we had a really nice evening in Cabanyal in the recently opened flamenco place called Palosanto. So book your tickets in advance. This is going to be crowded!

“Best equipped holiday apartment”

This apartment is simply a gem. The design is beautiful and everything is super well maintained! Also the cleaning was above average. What we really appreciated was the kids friendliness of the place! And the owner thought about every detail to make your stay comfortable (washing machine liquid!!). We strongly recommend the place!

The good, responsive hostess was always in touch. The apartments are clean, spacious, correspond to the photos, have all the necessary utensils in the kitchen and for a beach holiday. quite close to the sea and metro, grocery store 200 meters away

“Loved it”

Absolutely Incredible appartment, well equipped to little details including all you need for a beach. We loved to stay there. Comfortable with so much history and original features. Location is perfect too. Shop, one of the top rated restaurant on a door step. Many restaurants and shops are around. Metro, tram to the city, beach are all in a walking distance. Staff was super helpful when we contacted them. Information about area, what to do , where to eat also was presented. If you have little kids, the apparent is perfect, full of toys and books. We had guests with a little kid, who was happy to play leaving us to enjoy an adult conversation.
