The inside was very nice one of the bathrooms was very small - moscatos there was quite a lot due to the swimming pool below being mostly empty and green really needs to be sorted

“Perfect stay in beautiful Valencia.”
The location was perfect as we were sailing out of Base de regatas del Real Club Náutico de Valencia. The apartment had everything we needed and was pristine. The lovely owners who live downstairs could not have been more welcoming or kind.

Gabriel was so lovely. He was very accommodating, even picking some of his pomegranates from his yard for us. And I was soooo yummy! He was very kind. The apartment far enough from the city hussel bussel, but still very close and so easy to get to. We love that they have a parking space available for us in front of the apartment, which make it super easy. Parking is not part of the apartment, but there are plenty around the area. We highly recommend this property. We will definitely go back if and when we are back to Valencia for sure.

“Great place!”
Clean, private, quiet, well maintained property. Beautiful apartment and you have big balcony as well. Close to city centre, beach, restaurants ect. In quiet area in the same time so there is no disturbance of traffic.
