“Lovely room with a wonderful owner”
Best of all was the welcome on arrival from the owner. It just made everything seem like a personal experience rather than just another hotel. The location is in a quiet part of the old town close to the major sights and very easy to get to the bus station and metro. The room was colourful, basic but superb value for money in an expensive city.

I can’t fault anything about this property. The host is very supportive and has a genuinely interesting life story to share. The location, for me, is excellent — close to many major attractions but still outside the noisy, busy hubs. Transport in Valencia is generally very easy, so getting around is no problem at all. Room facilities are good: a comfortable bed, just enough space to move around, . I saw some comments from other guests saying the space felt small, especially the bathroom but I think the landlord’s adaptation to create a separate toilet, was actually quite clever . I highly recommend this place for anyone who is budget‑minded and wants a comfortable, well‑located stay.

The apartment is nice, with a private bathroom and a small refrigerator. The shared kitchen is small and equipped with a microwave and dishes. The room was cleaned daily. Very positive and friendly owner!

“Bolthole in the barrio”
Very quiet and warm with extremely helpful owner. Loved the surrounding area and convenience of nearby bars, restaurants, shops, transportation and sights.

“Everything was great thank you :)”
Shared kitchen made it convenient to boil some hot water; Additional isolation helped with quietness within rooms; I was lucky to have private balcony space, didn’t use it a lot but it was adorable.

“Amazing and made so much better by host and owner Fabio.”
Great late checkin with Fabio still being available to welcome me and also give me tips on what to do whilst in Valencia. Property was clean and comfortable and great value for money. Location was excellent. I highly highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to València. Fabio and his family will not let you down.

“Perfect stay!”
Excellent family business! Fabio, Mariella and their daughter run an excellent set of apartments. Clean, inexpensive and with a balcony. I was greeted on arrival by Mariella and Fabio, who then showed me everything I needed within the apartment and what to do / where to go in Valencia. There is aircon and toiletries provided which is always a great help when travelling multiple cities. They even allowed me a late checkout as I slept through my alarm... which tells you how comfortable the beds are! Next time I visit Valencia, I will look nowhere else. Muchas gracias!
