“Lovely place”

The place is very clean and nicely renovated, with very good location, right to the city center and 5 mins to the train station. We had a welcome gift from the owners which was very touching gesture :))

The apartment is conveniently located and fully equipped. However, it’s important to note that there is no elevator. Fortunately, the staff was very helpful and asked someone to help us carry our luggages upstairs.

Very cozy and very central location, near the metro and the bus, and has supermarkets and shopping nearby as well. The place was clean and had many amenities prepared in the kitchen. Best was the washing machine!!

The apartment was very cosy, nicely decorated, spacy and very well equipped. Perfect location for our citytrip in Valencia. Supermarket and bakery just 150 metres away. Very clean. The hostess was very friendly and available for questions during our stay. We felt very welcome. Highly recommended

Everything was fantastic! The apartment is big, cozy, sweet, and very clean. It is in a great location in the central area, but on a quiet street. Supermarket is 2 minutes away, as are cafeterias, shops, and pharmacies. The apartment is close to all major historical attractions. We were given a sweet welcome gift that included wine, milk, and chocolate. The apartment had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, and they had literally everything essential. The bathroom has towels, shower gel, shampoo, and a hair dryer. Apartment has 2 balconies. One is small and looks on the nice quiet street and the bigger one (that does not have a view of the street but of the inside of the building) where you have small table and two chairs witch is perfect for smokers. The smell from the pipes is noticeable, but as far as we understand, this is the situation in the city and it is not something that negatively affected our stay. Owner is very nice and helpful. We had a wonderful stay there.

The apartments are located very conveniently. The center of Valencia is no more than 10 minutes on foot. Moreover, the apartments themselves are located on a quiet street. Nearby there is a large Mercadona store, pharmacies, and cafes. Parking is in a nearby building and costs 25 euros per day. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

Everything was great! Apartment in big enough, very clean and located in convenient. Parking garage is 5m across the street. We loved the “welcome package” with wine, milk and chocolate. Apartment had everything we needed, they even had cereals, tea, coffee, salt, sugar, vinegar, oil.. and washing detergent for dishwasher and washing machine. Apartment has 2 balconies. One is small and looks on the nice quiet street and the bigger one is more like a technical balcony. There is no view. So we just opened windows on the both sides of small balcony in the living room and put a small table on balcony and two chairs inside the living room and enjoyed in views on the small street. Owner is super nice and helpful and she managed to fix one small problem in apartment even on Saturday morning! I recommend you to choose this apartment!

Great location and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located at the very central area but on a quiet street at the same time. Very clean, bringh, and cosy apartment. We had a great stay there.
