We had a great stay at this apartment. The host was extremely flexible and kindly allowed us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. They also provided many recommendations and useful instructions that were very helpful during our stay. The apartment itself is very spacious and comfortable. Our group of four friends had plenty of room and felt very comfortable there.

“Wonderful place to stay in Valencia.”
Absolutely fantastic property for a family holiday. In a quiet residential area - great for relaxing after a day’s sightseeing. Access to a nice swimming pool to cool down in the heat. Close to cafes and restaurants. Short bus journey into the city centre.

“Great base to explore the city and attractions of Valencia”
The house was spacious and the kids loved the community pool. they even made friends with some of the other children. The location of the house was very close to the bus stop to take us into the city.

“wonderful relaxing stay in lovely home (3 floors)”
Perfect location. quiet safe area short bus ride to city Centre and beach. Swimming pool on site. Host was available and very attentive. txt to ask if we needed extras towels or any help and was vey helpful. washing machine and dryer was a bonus

“Lovely pool, and air-con in the house. Very close to bikes, bus and tram. A great base for the city.”
Our host Esperanza met us at the property to check in, and gave us a tour of the house. It is lovely - very clean, with great facilities. I thought it looked even better than on Booking.com website. It is a fantastic house for a vacation.

The house was big enough with a very nice terrace leading to the inner garden and the pool. Unfortunately, didn't have enough time to enjoy it more. The owner is very polite and ready to help with any questions. For us it was important to have parking places, which are available on the street.

“spacious house full of comfort”
The house was perfect for our needs, it had all the necessary to live there for 2 weeks and it had so many space to perfectly share the house in 4 people. Moreover, the ease of finding parking made the house even more comfortable.
