Nothing on our arrival we were greeted by live cockroaches in the room, so chose to find alternative accommodation at our expense. Blanq Comedias was unhelpful stating they could clean the room the next day! Would definitely not recommend this accommodation, I am still awaiting a response from Blanq Hotels and they are choosing to ignore the dispute I have raised with booking.com

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Valencia. One of the things we appreciated most was the virtual check-in process — it was smooth, modern, and very convenient. We arrived earlier than the official check-in time, but we were able to leave our luggage free of charge in secure lockers with a PIN, which made everything much easier for us. The location is excellent: very close to the city center, yet situated in a quiet area. Even though we visited during the Fallas festival, when the city is usually very loud and lively, the hotel was far enough from the noise, allowing us to relax and rest peacefully. The rooms were very clean, and both the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable — we slept really well during our stay. A special mention goes to Neyvel, our virtual receptionist, who assisted us via WhatsApp. She was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind, answering all our questions promptly. Overall, a great experience — we would definitely recommend this place!

This pretty hotel is located in a busy area - but our room faces the quiet alley behind so noise was not a problem. Everything we needed (including filtered water) was provided by the hotel. There is no reception in this hotel and all communication is done via Whatsapp messages. There was absolutely no problem as the virtual receptionist Neyvel was very prompt with answering all our concerns. We arrived earlier than check-in time and Neyvel told us we can check in anytime as our entrance code has been activated. She also told us about the use of the free locker in case we need to leave our luggage after check-out. Thank you, Neyvel, you made our Valencia stay wonderful!

Amazing place, perfect location and very very kind staff. Room was fully equipped, we had everything we needed. I totally recommend it!
