“Perfect stay in Valencia city”

The apartment is perfect for a stay in Valencia. Large and spacious, clean, with very comfortable beds, two comfortable bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen (coffee and tea were available). Parking is available in the underground garage. Host Alex was very nice, quickly handing over the keys and providing all the necessary information, and was in contact with us whenever needed. The City of Arts and Sciences and the beautiful Turia Gardens are within walking distance. Grocery stores, cafes, and restaurants are also nearby. We recommend! Gracias :)

Perfect location, in very quiet and nice neighborhood, few minutes walking distance from city of arts and just across the street of the park. Very spacious and comfortable with lot of amenities. Host Alex was friendly and easy to communicate with.

“Good location, dated apartment, but internet very disappointing”

We opted for this apartment as it was advertised as a luxury apartment with internet access. The location was good, the apartment clean. We had the following issues though 1) the apartment is quite dated, specially the bathrooms. 2) the bedrooms are really small 3) The heating control was not working and heating had to be switched on outside on the balcony where the geyser is located 4) No toaster in the kitchen 5) Not enough tall glasses 6) INTERNET WAS REALLY BAD! The internet only worked if you are located in the living room. Even then it would work and then stop working for a while - very intermittent. Internet was really slow. This is not acceptable if you are advertising a luxury apartment. I have high speed internet at home in a 4 bedroom double storey home with wi-fi access in every Room for around 40 euro a month. For the price we paid it is simply not acceptable that we struggled with internet to that extent!

“Lovely flat, well located and helpful owners!”

Spacious, light and airy and well appointed, beds were comfortable and the showers were great as were the towels. The owners were helpful and very accommodating to changes in arrival times and kindly let us leave our luggage for extra time as the flat was vacant after us.

“Great spacious App for families with children in safe neighborhood”

Apartment is spacious and with all neccesary amenities. Has three bedrooms, one is big with king size bed and with private bathroom, and two others are smaller and has queen beds 140x200. Kitchen is great. Apartment is in great location and safe neighborhood. Great apartment to stay with kids. We were greated from younger man (host's son) on our arrival and they let us to arrive earlier in apartment. They left us full basket of fruits, water, capsulas for coffe machine (Dolce gusto), tea and cookies- GRASIAS. It is in great location, Oceanographic is across the street. Bus station is 5 minutes walk from apartment (we catch bus 14 or 39 to go in city center). All in all great stay. GRASISAS, saludos desde Croacia!😊

We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights. From the beginning, everything was just perfect. Contact with the owner wonderful, he always responded very quickly, made appointments on time, you could ask everything, he himself also recommended us what and where we could see, go , eat, etc. The apartment was really beautiful, large, clean, equipped with absolutely everything we needed. We felt really great there, like at home. We were welcomed nicely, a very nice gesture was fruit and water for us. We were also able to leave our things after checking out . Thank you ! The location of the apartment was very good, close to the modern science center, transportation, stores. Our trip thanks to this was super successful, if we come to Valencia we would love to come back to you ! We sincerely thank you for everything and greetings !

It was a beautiful and clean apartment, the location was to top for the things we planned to visit. It is on 10min walking distance from the aquarium. The apartement was big enough for our familia. We appreciated a lot the fruits, the sweets and the coffee for our welcoming and the owner was polite and helped us a lot. If we are coming back, we will chose to stay in this apartment again.

Clean and cozy apartment with everything required for the stay of a group of people. All the furniture, household objects, utensils are modern and arranged with esthetic taste. Turia is next to the apartment, shopping centers are 7-10 mins walk, buses going to the center 10 mins walk. Didn't go to the beach, but know that not a problem by bus (15 mins for the way) or even by foot (25 mins) if you like walking ( even if you don't like, in Valencia you will like it :) ) Sandra is a very nice and responsive host, always helped with questions, organized transfer from the airport. Compliments in a form of fruits, chocolates, tea, coffee, water - highly appreciated and were so in place after the flight at night, thanks a lot!

Everything! This is by far the best accommodation we've stayed in. Super quiet, clean, tidy, spacious. Wonderful living space with balcony, separate kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooma. Perfect! Great location for the aquarium, science museum, restaurants and beach! Also a wonderful extra touch with a fruit basket, coffee and biscuits. Friendly hosts too. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.
