“Spacious clean apartment near Malva Rosa beach”

Washing machine/dryer with washing tablets; dishwasher (with tablets), tv (even in the 2 double bedrooms), good coffee machine (would have welcomed the option of decaff pods). Short walk from beach and a good size supermarket called Consum. Bathroom was very clean (although it would be nice to have a clean shower mat). It was great that beach towels were also provided. Eva and her husband met us at the apartment. They spoke little English; Eva also spoke French (handy for my husband who also did). They were friendly and helpful. Port Saplaya (has a lovely marina but disappointing restaurants) is 45-50 minutes walk away . Would recommend La Pepica (an old institution which offers paella and fideua) about 30 mins walk away (near playa de las arenas where there are many restaurant choice, most are tourist focused)

Despite the late time, we were met by the hosts at the property, and they were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very close to the beach and other amenities.

“Great stay”

It’s a great apartment, recently renovated with everything you would need. AC’s in each room, big fridge, fully equipped kitchen. The owners are lovely people, very responsive and helpful. The coffee machine was not working properly and the owners replaced it right away. There is plenty of parking space nearby. You would have a 10 minute walk to the Malva rossa beach. There are plenty of supermarkets within 5 minutes walking distance.

Valencia is a beautiful city. We've enjoyed the Fallas celebration 🎊.it was a bit noisy but great experience. Apartment was so great,clean and cosy. Owner of the apartment were so nice and sweet people. So helpful. We were so happy and definitely we will come back one day.

Very Friendly Host and property was spotlessly clean. Excellent kitchen facilities and beds were very comfortable. Host kindly kept an eye on our bags on check out day (we had a late flight home).

Hosts' hospitality and flexibility related to check in and check out and all other required guidance. Cleanliness was also at very high level. Apartament is next to the bus station. Public transportation is very easy to use (is also correlated with Google maps)

“A wonderful place with special people. I'll be back”

The hosts are wonderful, communicative and friendly people. We announced that we would arrive for check-in at 21.00 and they were waiting for us. The location is clean and elegant, equipped with everything to become my 2nd home. Distance to Malva-Rosa beach 9 min walk and to Patacona La Más Bonita 15 min. Public transport very accessible. We will return on a future holiday. Thanks to the hosts

“Perfect week spent in Valencia, in a nice apartment”

The apartment was clean, comfortable, situated very close to Malvarossa beach. Has all the utilities you need. The host was very helpful and nice person.

Very nice, new furniture and clean apartment. We found there all equipment we needed for our holiday stay at Valencia. Close to wonderfull beach and very good connection by bus to city centre if you need. Owners are very very kind peaple and showed us good restaurants nearby :)

Modern, clean spacious, good location

We booked the apartment specifically for beach ⛱️ 😎 holiday and 10 minutes walk wasn't far away for me and my parents. You have 2 shops in 5 minutes walking distance. The apartment is amazing. Clean, comfortable and you got everything you need. They even left in laundry room shopping bags. My parents was so happy, that I booked the apartment for next year (2024). Unfortunately we arrived so late thanks to Ryanair, literally in the middle of the night and owner was still accommodating and thanks to app we communicate easily. Yes there is lock through application but it was working fine for me. Communications was easy and Eva responded fast to help me with any question and help me book a taxi.

Hosts were incredibly friendly and were waiting at the door to greet us - they gave us great tips on the area and seemed genuinely excited to have us stay with them. The apartment was gorgeous - really nice attention to detail and wonderful 'extras' provided (products in the bathroom, laundry room etc). Cleanliness was very good, apartment was spacious, furniture and fittings were of really nice quality. Location is walking distance from the beach and local restaurants, and a short bus or tram ride to the city center. Despite our apartment being on street level, it still felt very private and comfortable.
