“I would absolutely recommend it.”
I was very satisfied with the accommodation. All the guys at the reception were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. I was also able to leave my luggage at the reception both before check-in and after check-out, which allowed us to explore the city without any worries. The location is excellent — a park on one side and the old town on the other. The hotel was peaceful, and the surrounding area was quiet in the evenings as well.

“Decent place to stay”
Overall this was a perfectly acceptable hotel. the room itself was fine. The bathroom was fine, the shower was fine, the bed was fine. Everything was fine.

“Charming stay near to the centre”
The room and property on a whole were very attractive and charming with exposed brick and traditional charm. The beds were comfortable - we requested a double but received twin beds instead. However, they were easy enough to push together, and we both got a good night's sleep. The reception staff were friendly and very accommodating with our luggage when we had to leave it between check-out and our flight home. Lovely bathroom and great shower. The location was great too - not in the centre so we didn't have loud street noise, but still only a 5 minute walk to get to the cathedral. Mini fridge included in the room - not stocked, but helpful if you want your own food/snacks/cold drinks.

First room smelled terrible, no amount of open window was resolving. Smelled like an issue with the pipes perhaps. To their credit, we asked for another room and they gave us one, which was much better and didn't have the same problem.

The location was good. Walking distance to the Plaza de la Reina and transport links. Staff were friendly and breakfast was adequate, basic continental.
