Very friendly hosts,perfect terrace

The size of the room and ambience was excellent. Lovely view from the terrace. Cristina was beyond helpful. There when we needed her and gave us space too. Went out of her way to make sure I had some gluten-free items.

Perfect location, perfectly renovated house, perfect hosts. Mrs. Cristina went above and beyond to meet all our needs and even organized a surprise cake for my daughter's birthday. Room was clean, breakfast was delicious and location is perfect for exploring the town. It also has a breathtaking view.

Beautiful ancient building that has been restored to an up to date and very comfortable place. Staff, Cristina and family were wonderful. Special add on dinner first night was delicious and copious amount of food. Easy parking and easy to find. Highly recommended. Definitely would stay here agian.

Very nice hosts, beautiful veranda for breakfast and wine/picnic in the evening, with a view of the ocean in the distance. Walking distance to the cable car going up to the old town on top of the hill. Great breakfast.

Fantastic setting in a historic house (from 16th century). Excellent refurbishment carried our recently with all modern comforts embedded in a classical rural set-up. Very convenient location, just few minutes away from the old centre of San Marino.

We were given a very warm welcome when we arrived and throughout our stay we were made to feel like guests in someone’s home not just a hotel. Our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The view from the outside terrace towards the sea is stunning.

The staff were absolutely fantastic—attentive, efficient, and went out of their way to meet all our needs. The accommodation is a beautifully renovated old house with a stunning view. Impeccably clean and well maintained. An ideal spot for a relaxing, easy-going holiday. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay! The property is beautiful - small, recently done up and in excellent condition. It is in a very quiet residential street, only a 5 minute drive from the funicular up to the Old City, and not more than 10 minutes by car from the parking areas which allow you to get to the Old City by foot. The room we had was huge, with a double and two single beds (and a cot was provided for our child), in excellent condition, clean, and very nicely done up. The room also had views of San Marino, Italy and the sea. All floors have lift access. Cristina, the host, was in touch on WhatsApp prior to our stay to ensure everything was perfect for us, and she was lovely and accommodating. She also stayed in touch during our stay to ensure everything was in order. Breakfast was also very nice, freshly prepared for us. On our last day we had to leave early and Cristina prepared a packed breakfast for us the night before. We highly recommend this property.
