Other guests sitting outside our room, playing music loud, pickup truck with no exhaust running for hrs. Until 2am. Then someone on their cell at 3am talking outside our room. Definitely inconsiderate to other guests. And nothing done about it.

I really appreciate the Excellent Customer Service from Lisa. She educated me with the surrounding areas and what was available for my stay. Lisa was professional, friendly and helpful for my concerns. I will definitely use the services again.

We were over book and was given a room with two bed instead of a king bed and the person up front fail to mention the beds were large twin size not be enough for 2 adults. We did get a smoking room with burn holes in the bed linen. The bathroom had a vent over the toliet Were We could see a walk threw area very scary did not want to shower in fear someone could see. The remote did work so the loud TV was stuck on national geographic had to unplug to turn off.

Although I am sure they had a horrendous day, in hurricane aftermath, staff could have been more friendly and more helpful. I believe they should have called me before I arrived to tell me there was insufficient power.

The rooms were clean it stayed cool in the room it was spacious the beds was comfortable the pool was nice and big and very clean great parking over all it was a great trip with a great stay at super 8 I will be staying there again

internet connection was spotty, would disconnect all the time, basic very basic breakfast, not too many choices, check in was fast, checking out even faster, right on the highway, so to travel was easy.

After check in walked in the dark parking lot up to our room and the key did not work. Went to the front desk with all of my bags and was given a new key even though I told the front desk person it was flashing green but would not open. Walked all the way back to room and same problem. I called front desk this time after making the walk 2 times already in the dark and the girl said she would try . Waited 15 minutes for her to tell me she need to give us a different room. The room itself was decent but could hear the shirtless guy and his lady enjoying the bud lights outside their room for hours that night .

everything went well, the room was good. The beds were a bit small but that is fine . Breakfast could do way better, For breakfast, there was no variety , and the table was empty when we went down for breakfast .

The air conditioner was very loud - had to turn it off. Only one lamp in the whole room. Breakfast was skimpy.
