My card was charged twice on the same day of my booking. I was not told or aware of this before booking. Then I was told at the front desk that they didn’t charge my card before I got there but my bank statement showed they did in fact charge my card early that money before I even got there which I choose to pay at the property so no money should have been drafted off my card without my permission and the website stated that my card would not be charged but was. Information like this needs to be made clear to customers before booking! The lady at the front did not tell me the truth before making me swipe my card a second time when I already told her that my card was charged that morning! They were dishonest and I don’t appreciate that at all!

Was clean and comfortable but misleading people with advertising they offer free breakfast for 15 months is poor form and false advertising.

“Roach infested dog smell no blanket holes in sheets poor management no pre-breakfast alternative cra”
Cockroaches in bathroom light. Staff rude and abrupt. No blankets in room. Smelled like wet musty dog dander and hair. Beds were uncomfortable. No breakfast as advertised with no alternative option of individually wrapped items. Promised water instead, but failed to say the water was from their breakfast area fountain. Management and ownership seems indifferent to quality of just getting quantity in and out of this place. If you want something worse then sleeping in your tiny fiat car, stay here.
