The breakfast was really good and had everything essential for a good breakfast, plus a little extra without being overwhelming. The hotel was peaceful, clean, and very comfortable. The front desk staff were extremely kind and answered all my requests through WhatsApp very quickly.

The room was nice with a spectacular view. The hotel is in a great location.

The gentleman who checked me in was very kind and welcoming. He already knew I was arriving and even greeted me by name—he was clearly expecting me, which made the experience feel very personal. The next morning at the buffet, the young woman at the front desk was also incredibly kind. I didn’t have a phone charging cable, and she went above and beyond to help me. Even though there wasn’t one at the desk, she lent me her own personal cable so I could charge my phone. Overall, the service was excellent, and I’m very satisfied. I’m looking forward to coming back soon.

Located on the bank of the river Calle-Calle. Room with balcony overlooking the river.

Lovely hotel on the river with great views from your room. Good Chilean style breakfast eggs bread cheese meat fruit not European style. Two pools and a nice terrace you can have drinks on over the river. Nice friendly staff not much English spoken but not a problem.

The location was excellent right on the river however there was a busy road that was noisy. The breakfast was very good and they had gluten-free options
