Location was great walking distance from main areas. The hotel is fine, but it’s definitely overpriced. If you are lucky, you can find someone from staff speaking English. We had luck checking in but not later

“We enjoyed our stay, with helpful staff, good breakfast and convenient location.”
Very good buffet. Very attentive staff. Went to the trouble of getting green tea. No annoying music or TV. Table cloths. View of flowers. Parking available and easy. Airport shuttle arranged efficiently, Beautiful front garden, flowers. Small park opposite hotel.

“Perfect location for exploring Valdivia”
Reception staff are great and helpful. Hotel is ideally situated for exploring the city with secure onsite parking. Room comfortable and spotless. Good selection at breakfast and can thoroughly recommend this property.
