“Hotel room itself is perfect. Location is HORRIBLE. General manager never showed up!”
The room itself was modern and perfect. Even though there is a sign pointing to the "reception desk"....no office or desk even exists! My KEY was handed to me by a cleaning woman. ABSURDLY unprofessional.
