I recently had the pleasure of staying at this delightful holiday apartment, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! First and foremost, the house owner is absolutely wonderful. His kindness and communication skills made every day of our stay feel like a home away from home. But what truly sets this place apart is the breakfast - homemade by the owner himself. Each morning was a delight with dishes that were not only delicious but prepared with such care and attention to detail. The rooms themselves are impeccably clean and well-equipped. If you're looking for a place to stay where you feel genuinely welcomed and pampered, this is the spot. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable holiday experience. Amazing hotel owner, very caring and friendly. Attentive to the children, he gave them candy every day ☺️Very tasty and varied breakfasts. And just an amazing dinner especially for us. A cozy hotel, in a good and quiet location, near several children's playgrounds. Large room with a kitchen, upon arrival there were fruits, sweets, cookies in the room :) This is the second time we have been to this hotel, and we will definitely come back again :) Thank you very much 😍

“Great and beyond expectation”
The location is new and beautiful, just that we asked for seperate beds and they were not available. The breakfast was unbelievable, the best I ever experienced The host was very friendly and helpful The location a bit more difficult to find but very quiet and peaceful

Beautiful place, great location. Owner is very helpful and has a lot of information about attractions around. Fabulous breakfast, prepared by Eligio himself. So far it was our best stay in Italy!

Very good breakfast prepared by owner. There was a lockable garage to put my bike with plenty of room to maintain or clean bike. Free parking at property, EV charging in direct proximity and Bormio only 4 km away. Great region for cyclists who love the mountains.
