“In the heart of the mountain”
Very peaceful and beautiful area. The apartment was spacious, with nice view and all we needed for our stay. The kitchen is well equipped. The host was very polite and helpful. All was great! Thank you!

The apartment was spacious, clean, a lot of utilities like stove, dishwasher, etc. Looks recently renovated, comfy and cosy. Quiet, away from the noise. The host was very helpful, easy to arrange all the things. There are some animals like goats and donkeys, they are funny.

Really nice big appartment with a really nice view on the mountains and valley. The host is super friendly and you have all you need for a great vacation. The kids enjoyed the animals and the playground.

“Wonderful stay”
We had an amazing time at Residenz Erschbaum! The location is absolutely stunning — peaceful, scenic, and perfect for relaxing or exploring the nearby mountains. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the balcony with the panoramic views. Bonus Lago di Braies is only 30mins away The hosts were warm and welcoming, always available if we needed anything, and offered great tips on local activities. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of variety. We also appreciated the convenient parking and easy access to hiking trails and nearby attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a tranquil escape with excellent hospitality. We would definitely come back!

“10/10 feels like home!”
10/10 you wont regret staying here. Such a cozy place to stay with an amazing view over the city. Also the manager was such a nice guy always welcoming with a smile and gaves us bunch of good suggestions about hiking.

Flat has a nice rustic design with stunning view from every room.Administrator of the property is very friendly and nice. We felt like we are at home. We even received a delicious jar of homemade marmalade at the departure. Everything was perfect at Residenz Erschbaum!! We will definitely come back here again.🤩🤩
