Dinner was excellent from every aspect. The food, service, and overall experience were top-notch. The facilities, especially the pool, were also very good and well maintained.

Very nice hotel with nice sauna and pool. Delicious dinners made up of several courses. Upon our request, we were provided with gluten-free meals. Very nice and helpful staff. Just 150 meters away from Olang 1+2 ski lift.

Dinner is very good, plenty of choices. Welness (saunas, pool) is very good.

Food, and staff friendliness were way beyond the 4* rating. They really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

“Great service with excellent food”

This hotel is family-run. The owner has a really great service mind, all staff is very attentive and friendly. We have booked the half board option and the food is excellent. The breakfast line is amazing, their pistachio croissant is to die for, literally the best one that I have during my entire trip.

Much smaller room than expectations. Staff aren't happy, it's hard to access due to works.

Staying here was a dream! superb location near kronplatz. i have never given full score on a hotel review but i want to do it now. the food is amazing! every dinner was an experience! the luxury to come down from skiing and going to the spa and sauna is super pleasant. the staff is extremely helpful and genuinely caring. the room had an amazing view.. this was just excellent!

There was a lovely pool and spa area and it was possible to sit outside and enjoy the sun and the view. The ski lift to Kronplatz was just across the road and was a great spot to visit for lunch and to see the mountains. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Possible to visit Tre Cime and Lago di Braies within an hour ( by car).

Excellent facilities, right next to the slopes, very friendly staff and amazing food! The dining experience alone would be reason enough to return :) The beds were comfortable and you could barely hear any noise from outside the room.

The food was amazing! We complimented the staff multiple times but we still don’t think it’s enough. The menu for everyday was extraordinary, not only the local cuisine The atmosphere in the hotel was very cozy, it was apparent that the hotel is run by family passionate about it. The location was also the best around Kronplatz - very close to the station but at the same time felt almost isolated (there wasn’t much noise outside). The staff was also very nice and helpful :)

We come here for years and we always loved the hotel. It has an amazing location, just next to the ski slopes, staff is great and food is excellent. Highly recommended :)
