“Fairytale Chalet with great host”

It’s even better than the photos in booking! Amazing place, situated really close to the Olang Ski Area. The house itself is true masterpiece of wood and steel elements and gives you very cozy vibe. The relax area (jacuzzi, sauna, sun beds) is in a separate place next to the house and is all yours for 1h per day - so you can be sure to have time to enjoy everything in a private environment. Klaus (the owner) welcomed us warmly with a bottle of Prosecco and a tour of the whole area, showing us his collection of old artisanal things, few oldtimers and his hobby work area. He has been a great host and made us feel at home. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and for preparing breakfast and dinner. Upon our order, we had fresh bread each morning. Really beautiful place made with a lot of love and passion and really friendly Klaus adding to the positive atmosphere! We’ve enjoyed every minute of our stay! Thank you, Klaus!

The house is new, and the apartment was sparkling clean. Mr Klaus is a wonderful host with a great personality. If you're into crafts, you're in for much more than just great accommodation. The sauna and jacuzzi are spacious and very well maintained. The staff took care of every little detail. If you miss the (quite reliable) bus to/from the gondola, you can go by foot in 15 minutes. If you take a bus, the stop is just next to the house and it takes less than 30 minutes from the apartment to the mountain top, including the Olang 1+2 lift.

Our stay at Chalet Piz da Peres was simply perfect! The accommodation is in a beautiful mountain setting, just a short distance from the ski resort, which was a huge advantage for us. After a day on the slopes, we could relax in the private wellness area – the hot tub and sauna were exactly what we needed after an active day. The rooms are beautifully furnished, spacious, and cosy, with stunning views of the snow-covered mountains. The entire property is very clean and well-maintained, with a charming alpine atmosphere. Mr. Klaus was incredibly attentive and kind—always willing to help and ensured we felt at home. His warm approach and care made our stay even more enjoyable.

This apartment was perfect for our stay! It’s spacious, nicely furnished, and has everything you need. The location is super convenient, with the ski bus stopping right outside the house, and there’s a lovely spa to relax in after a day on the slopes. Klaus, the host, was the highlight of our stay—he’s so friendly and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for a great vacation!

The property was stunning, all you’d expect from a traditional alpine chalet. It was great to come back from exploring the area to dip in the pool, then the sauna and jacuzzi. Everything was so tasteful done. The staff were very helpful and attentive without being overtly intrusive. Klaus welcomed us with a bottle of Prosecco and beer on arrival and was happy to show us around, including his lovely homage to his passion of the skills and traditions of the local blacksmiths ( hope he enjoyed his holiday, as he was about to go when we arrived ) Elfi was lovely and very informative on good hiking routes. We had such a fantastic stay. Would thoroughly recommend.

The apartment had an access to an exceptional private wellness area with a Finnish sauna and a Jacuzzi, which offered a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. Perfect place for the holiday. We felt very comfortable.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is very clean.The view from the balcony is unforgettable! The bus stop of the ski bus is just in front of the house and it was only 3 min to Kronplatz. The spa is ok! Klaus is the best host I have ever seen! There was a problem with the ski bus once,and he came to Kronplatz 3 times with his car, to bring all of us to the house.

wonderful host, he is friendly and super talented, he made all the metal piece himself, which are like arts he loves the place , that is how you can see he takes care of every details, making this place perfect in every respects
