“Cozy and relaxing winter weekend to remember”

Spacious, clean, cozy room, sauna at no extra charge, very good breakfast and dinner. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. However, the highlight certainly was the extra helpful and pleasant staff!

Great hotel fully modernised with plenty of traditional charm and history. Great for a Stelvio pass circuit, plus hiking in the Swiss national park.

On arrival we were greeted by what I believe was the owner and our host. The hotel offered everything we needed for a one night's stay. Dining outside and the food was excellent as well. The location near the entry to Stelvio is a definite plus, set in a beautiful location.

Owner and staff are friendly. Located in quiet charming village, full of nature. We enjoyed taking a walk. Room is clean. Bedding and towels are new. Mountain view from the room window is great. Beef steak is delicious.

“The perfect getaway for a weekend of ski touring in Val Müstair”

The hotel is full of charm, both indoors and outdoors, with a traditional yet comfortable atmosphere. Staff members were kind and accommodating. We even got recommendation and advice for local ski tours. Great facilities: the ski room also has boot dryers. The sauna is spacious and well laid out. A large choice of local specialities for dinner and a generous breakfast buffet.

perfect location to stop the night before driving the Stelvio pass and it had great off road parking- really clean and friendly and a super evening meal, we loved the salad bar - breakfast was great and owner gave us a sweet tart as a souvenir- this place is really well run and I would definitely recommend it

“An experience we are planning to repeat soon.”

This is the best hotel we have stayed at. This proves a hotel does not need to be 5 star to offer a fantastic experience. Claudia is superb and she makes you feel so at home. She can not do her job better!! It is obviously a hotel managed with care, experience and valuing their customers more than anything. Location, food, facilities, decoration, everything was tip top. We will definitely come back, as it was one of our top rated experiences.

“Cosy, friendly and excellent food”

The staff is very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is perfectly located for hiking trips and also easy to reach with public transport. I liked that it’s family owned and has a nice personal atmosphere. Also breakfast and dinner were really delicious, made of seasonal and local products. They were also flexible to accommodate special wishes which I appreciated. Highly recommended for individual and solo travelers too.
