Clean and nice apartment in the residential area with the private parking. Apartment is a bit small, but there’s everything you need. It’s about 20-25 minutes to Cannes by car

the owner is a very nice and friendly young people family ,,they opend for us the doors by remote control and they came in few minutes to us with the keys and explained to us about all the details of the studio ..jennifer was always a good help for us about information where to go ..the studio is very practic ..almost everything is there and you feel at home ..a good mattress and a good and very modern bath and toilette and good heating all the week we spent there and all what you can need to cook and to make tee or cafe is available,...there is a cafe machine and herd to make tee and also to cook and there were some cafe capsules and some tee bags and sugar ebough for 3 or 4 days .there is a good small fridge enough for the holiday ,,there is also a microwave .the fotos are exactly how the studio is ,,parking is exacly 2 steps from the terrase in a closed yard closed and open by remote control,,,gas station and baker also ,,the center of the community valbonna is 2 minutes away by car where there is another backer and cheese shop and a small spar market and couple of resturants and cafes in this old nice center and a huge parking there is free of charge ,,,the place is very central and from there you can go to nice or cannes or grasse and antibes and many places in about 20 to 30 minutes by car and to go menton or monaco or saint tropez in about 45 to 60 minutes by car ,,,

Very sweet/kind hostess. Totally new studio with parking spot on site and small terrasse. Very clean. (They call it a studio but you still have a double bed apart from the sofa).

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was amazing. It was a nice central and quiet area. It was the perfect homebase to explore the Côte d'Azur and Monaco. The host was extremely friendly and warm. She gave us advice on the best spots for snorkeling and helped us out with everything like offering their washing machine for our clothes etc. During the holiday our car got hit in a parking lot and the host even offered to help us with filing a report due to the language barrier. The studio had a comfortable bed for 2 people and was very clean. The bathroom was spacious for a studio and there was enough room outside the studio to park our car We expected a studio to feel too small for 2 people after 2 weeks, but that wasn't the case at all! If you are looking for a place to stay to explore the area, then we would recommend this studio for sure!
