“"Sorry is full" in last minute”

Very disappointing experience: My confirmed booking was cancelled last minute with just the message 'Sorry is full'. When I asked for clarification, I never received any reply. No alternative, no support, no proper apology. Extremely unreliable - I cannot recommend this place.

Cleaned very well and hospitality was great! Good and big dinner and nice breakfast, we really enjoyed it. They boy was the one communicating with us in english, but that was super fine!

I would vehemently discourage anyone from booking this guest house in future. We were told on the morning of our booking “Sorry is full”, with no other context or help given. Obviously this is a completely ludicrous situation to present our group with while we were making our way through the Albanian countryside to Valbonë with no turning back. I was extremely disappointed with this predicament and when reaching back out to Hydajet Selimaj for more information, potential next steps, or any guidance on where we might be able to find a place to stay, we were greeted with nothing but radio silence. Overall, a very lacklustre experience that did not consider the guest’s experience in the slightest.

“Lovely Cabins with such kind Hosts”

We had a great night here. The hosts were so kind, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, they even brought us homemade pastries which were delicious! The Breakfast was sublime. Location is ideal (close to other restaurants and places to eat,) and the most stunning views of the mountains. Really recommend these gorgeous cabins for your trip to Valbonë.
